  1. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 80 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

Time for Northern Ireland to mix things up. Probably to break up the game if nothing else. Jamie Ward is given a breather as Niall McGinn trots on.

  2. Postpublished at 78 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

Norway are finally making a fist of this game. Too late I'd imagine. Northern Ireland see out the danger from the resulting corner when they win a free-kick in their own area.

  3. Postpublished at 76 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

Save! This could prove to be very important. Northern Ireland keeper Michael McGovern makes what is really his first 'proper' save of the match.

Norway's Havard Nordtveit drills a daisycutter under the Northern Ireland wall, McGovern showing his alertness to drop down low to his right and push clear.

Into the final 15 minutes. Northern Ireland looking comfortable in my eyes. However, Norway have a free-kick in a central position about 25 yards out...

  5. Postpublished at 73 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

Norway back on the attack. Substitute Adama Diomande has a pop from distance, but his angled shot lacks power.

...but the big man can't stick his head anywhere near the ball.

  7. Postpublished at 71 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

Conor Washington is in thick of things again from Northern Ireland. He drills a low shot goalwards, but it takes a huge deflection and goes out for a corner. Up goes Gareth McAuley...

  8. Postpublished at 70 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

Mats Moller Daehli has add a bit of spark to the Norwegians. His cross from the left flank asks questions of the Northern Irish defence who decide - in a rather risky move - to watch it out for a goal kick with a player lurking.

  9. Postpublished at 68 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

Northern Ireland have the luxury of not having to force things here, which makes it difficult to see how Norway can get back into this game.

The home side decide to spring forward again, Jamie Ward trying to bend the ball in like he did for the opener. This time he hits legs rather than net.

  10. 'Not happening for Northern Ireland at the minute'published at 21:13 British Summer Time 26 March 2017

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

    John O'Neill
Former Northern Ireland defender on BBC Radio Ulster

Northern Ireland need a third goal. I can't believe Daehli wasn't on from the start. He looks decent. He's just skipped past three players. It's not happening for Northern Ireland at the minute, they are getting stretched big time. I'm as nervous as a bag of cats now.

  11. Postpublished at 66 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

A spell of Norway pressure. But again it is all around the edge of the Northern Ireland box, with little prospect of an incisive ball through a line of green shirts.

  12. Postpublished at 64 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

Conor Washington has been a constant handful for the Norway defence with his movement. The QPR striker almost wriggles clear again as he tries to latch on to another long ball, but is bumped out of the way by a combination of Even Hovland and Gustav Valsvik.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 62 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

Norway make another tactical tweak, and again it is an attacking one.

On comes the man who scored the first goal of the Premier League season back in August. Any ideas?

The quiz geeks out there will know it is, of course, Hull City's Adama Diomande.

  14. Postpublished at 61 mins

More good, patient build-up from the home side.

Conor Washington bursts down the right, waits for support in the shape of Oliver Norwood, who then works the ball to the opposite flank.

Stuart Dallas sees three green shirts lurking in the Norway box, but his delivery is cut out the away defence.

  15. Postpublished at 59 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

Conor McLaughlin has got an engine on him. He's up and down that right touchline more than the linesman. He swings in another teasing delivery, only for it to be met by a Norwegian head.

  16. Postpublished at 57 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

Jonny Evans is clattered just inside his own half by a Norway player. That's what a defender gets for cheekily turning an opposing attacker.

  17. Postpublished at 56 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

There is little danger of Norway going on to score at the moment, but I suppose that's the point John O'Neill is making. All about focus for Northern Ireland.

  18. 'The third goal is vital'published at 55 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

    John O'Neill
Former Northern Ireland defender on BBC Radio Ulster

If you give Norway enough possession they're going to create some sort of chances as we saw in the first half. Mentally, 2-0 is an awkward lead. The next goal is the most important at the minute. If Northern Ireland think the game is done with then Norway go and score, it becomes a real contest.

  19. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 53 mins

    Northern Ireland 2-0 Norway

One man who is ready to come on, however, is Norway forward Mats Moller Daehli. You may remember him as the man who Cardiff signed in 2014. He scored once and was shipped off to the German Bundesliga.

    He's on for Tarik Elyounoussi.

"Will Grigg is on fire" is getting a good airing at Windsor Park. Can't see the Wigan striker stripped off and ready to go though. (Seeing as he is injured and not on the bench...)
