    PSG v Arsenal (19:45 BST)

Arsenal have only met PSG once before, in the semi-finals of the 1993-4 Cup Winners' Cup, but they last played at the Parc des Princes a year later.

The final of the 1995 Cup Winners' Cup between Arsenal and Zaragoza was poised at 1-1 in the final minute of extra-time after John Hartson had equalised for the Gunners.

    PSG v Arsenal (19:45 BST)

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, on BT Sport, is asked about his team selection: "I don't want to surprise, I just want to play a team that can perform. They made changes to adapt to us and we have made changes to stop them from playing too.

"I have two world class goalkeepers, we analysed well last season and this season. I decided to play Ospina tonight.

"It will be a big first test for the whole team, we have to do well and then be ambitious after that.

"[Theo Walcott] has a knee problem and I think it's very short term but he was not completely fit so I left him at home."

Mark: Wenger's key fault as a manager is his greatest strength as a man: he puts faith in and cares about the players as humans.

Emmanuel Ahaneku: No Cech in goal. No Giroud upfront. No Xhaka in the middle of the park. Is this a testimonial for Arsene in Paris???

There's a lot of focus on Arsene Wenger's team. Be in touch with us whoever you support. We are waiting on #bbcfootball.

Celtic have to go and enjoy it. It's incredible they got through but they will have to play very very well tonight and hope they catch Barca maybe on the counter attack. They will have to keep tight lines. Coming here is demanding. The pitch is huge and they have got to work tight as a unit. Concentration absolutely key. They will not want to let Barca pick those little passes. If they get anything like a draw it will be an incredible result for them.

The pocket of away fans defiantly stand and chant, as if they can somehow overrule the decision and indeed the weather.

The game can't go ahead. Simple as that.

It's a sickener for those travelling fans in particular though. Who books a two-night stay for a midweek game?

There are safety issues, and the travel networks are in trouble. It is too much. I am led to believe that both clubs have had a say in this.

They will try and play this game tomorrow. But that is yet to be confirmed.

Celtic have lost seven of their last eight Champions League games.

Away from home in the Champions League, Celtic have lost 25 of their 27 games (W1 D1) and have never kept a clean sheet.

Celtic have also failed to keep a clean sheet in their last 13 Champions League games, conceding 27 goals along the way.

  17. Is this going to be called off?published at 19:20 British Summer Time 13 September 2016

Man City v Borussia Monchengladbach (19:45 BST)

We are only 25 minutes from kick-off, there are hardly any fans inside the stadium and the pitch doesn't look too clever.

We could be facing at least a delay at the Etihad.

Pep Guardiola has reached the semi-finals in each of his seven seasons as manager in the Champions League (winning it twice) but has been knocked out at this stage in the last four campaigns.

Guardiola won only 33% of his Bundesliga games against Borussia Mönchengladbach with Bayern Munich (two out of six), his lowest ratio against any side he has faced at least twice in his career in the league as manager.

    PSG v Arsenal (19:45 BST)

    Chris Waddle
Former England winger in Paris for 5 live Sport

We know Arsenal are a good side, we've seen it. They always put runs together and then they go and slip up. Then they get the hard teams and end up going out. There are times for me where you think pick your strongest team and give yourself a chance.

I've always been a fan of Wenger as a manager. At the minute I can't see them winning the Premier League or this competition either.  If he doesn't finish top four I'm sure there will be demand for him to leave and he might think I'm not going through it again.
