Leon Osman is still looking for a club is he not?

He'd fit right in at Osmanlispor FK. The Turkish club are flying in the Europa League. They lead 1-0 at Steaua Bucharest and will sit top of Group L on 10 points if things remain the same.

That will take them through. Villarreal lead 1-0 at FC Zurich and that scoreline will put them on eight points, three clear of their hosts.

Go on Leon, give your team a call. You could do a job there.

    Sparta Prague 1-0 Southampton

Sparta Prague will win the group and either Southampton or Inter will join them in the last 32.

Southampton would need a win at home to Hapoel Beer Sheva to secure their place.

Dundalk v AZ Alkmaar (20:05 GMT)

    Group DImage source, .

Dundalk, winners of the League of Ireland Premier Division, could close in on the knockout stages tonight.

Their domestic season is over so it's full focus on a home meeting with AZ Alkmaar. Zenit have already beaten Maccabi Tel Aviv today. So a draw for Dundalk would move them to five points ahead of their final group match against Maccabi. Another draw in Israel would see them through.

Then it's into the knockout stages where anyone from Manchester United to Inter Milan to Tottenham could be waiting.

They are 1000/1 to win the competition with some bookmakers. Worth £1?

    Sparta Prague 1-0 Southampton

We had four seconds of injury time. There goes the whistle, Nathan Redmond far from happy as he leaves the pitch.

This game has really petered out after a dynamic start. Claude Puel has got his work cut out to turn this one around. He has got plenty of big hitters on the bench though.

Shane Long is offside again - but that ball in behind could be Southampton's ticket to ride tonight.

Having praised them all game so far I've just remembered that I was on duty for Southampton's defeat at Inter. When I also thought they played very well throughout...

Hapoel Beer Sheva 0-2 Inter Milan

Anyone remember when Mauro Icardi annoyed his own fans after some controversial passages in his autobiography, external?

The Inter Milan captain was the subject of an insulting banner as a result but six weeks is a long time in football. It's all change now as he has bagged his sixth goal in six matches.

Marcelo Brozovic has doubled their lead at Hapoel Beer Sheva. As things stand they will move third in the group, a point behind Southampton.

    Sparta Prague 1-0 Southampton

Sparta almost find dangerman Costa Nhamoinesu from another free-kick before Shane Long is caught offside trying to run in behind. James Ward-Prowse is then clattered off the ball and the first yellow card is shown.

Inter have to win tonight to keep their faint hopes alive - and they are 2-0 up already.

James Ward-Prowse drags a tame shot wide from 25 yards out before Sam McQueen's cross causes all manner of blind panic in the Sparta defence. McQueen has been linked with a move to Liverpool recently, and you can see why.

He's in again now, beyond the last man, and he cuts it back to Jay Rodriguez, who finishes like a man who has missed the best part of two years with injury.

No conviction whatsoever. But Southampton look well on top. Apart from the fact that they are losing, of course.

You may not have known that he was even there, but former England defender Joleon Lescott has agreed to leave AEK Athens, three months after joining the Greek club.

The 34-year-old, who has won 26 international caps, joined Athens from Aston Villa on a two-year deal in August, but made just four appearances.

His last appearance was in a 3-0 derby defeat by Olympiakos on 2 October, which was followed by knee surgery.

Southampton moving the ball around neatly and nicely, Nathan Redmond a lively presence on the left wing. This time he floats one to the back post but Sparta get it clear.

At the risk of stating the hugely obvious, apart from conceding a goal Southampton have started well here.

Sam McQueen tests Tomas Koubek from the edge of the area.

GOAL - Sparta Prague 1-0 Southamptonpublished at 11 mins

    Costa Nhamoinesu

A set-piece goal right out of the top drawer! Borek Dockal lines up a free-kick from maybe 35 yards out, as he approaches the ball left-back Costa Nhamoinesu overlaps him and Dockal floats the ball right into Nhamoinesu's run.

He has plenty to do but nonchalantly meets the ball on the volley, tight angle, and steers between Fraser Forster and the near post!

Not the start Southampton were after.

Fenerbahce were far from impressive in beating Zorya 2-0 at home - Robin van Persie stayed on the bench.

But second-half goals got the job done as the side from Ukraine were sent packing.

Importantly, as you can see from the table, Manchester United can not afford to lose as a result of Fenerbahce's win. If they do, Jose Mourinho's men will be out.

On the final matchday, United travel to Zorya while Fenerbahce go to Feyenoord.
