    Derby 3-0 Nottingham Forest

Steve McClaren's boys have got this one wrapped up as Will Hughes scores his first goal in 46 games! He plays a neat ball into the box, and when Johnny Russell's shot is parried he is there for a tap-in.

There are moments within a game when you know it is either getting away from you or the other side have had a change of gear.

Whether it's a way to gee up your side or by giving them a rocket, you need to do something. Darren Fletcher has noticed that for West Brom.

A rare West Brom attack, but it needs some very decent Chelsea defending to prevent an opener. Matty Phillips bends in a cross from the left, Salomon Rondon gets across his man to meet it but a combination of Gary Cahill and Marcos Alonso just about block it away.

Cahill then makes another good intervention to cut out a pass intended for Darren Fletcher, it opens up and Eden Hazard then has a cross blocked.

A sign that the game is opening up?

    Breaking

Manchester United v Tottenham (14:15 GMT)

Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld starts a game for the first time since October following an injury, with Eric Dier dropping to the bench.

Manchester United keep the same XI that drew 1-1 with Everton last week - Wayne Rooney is on the bench.

My shout was wrong - Ashley Cole is another to win Premier League titles with different sides, but he didn't do it in successive seasons. His winner's medals came with Arsenal in 2002 and 2004, and Chelsea in 2010.

    Chelsea 0-0 West Brom

David Luiz skims the free-kick in on goal, it takes a deflection and spins just past the post.

Half an hour to go. If you're a gambling man or woman, do you go 0-0 or can someone make a breakthrough?

Diego Costa is caught by Craig Dawson, on a yellow, and the home fans want a red. No way.

A class goal, Tom Ince bamboozling the Forest defence like an Only Connect round before lifting a left-footed finish into the far corner.

Ben Foster is grinding the gears of the Chelsea fans as he takes his maximum permitted time over every restart. What would you expect him to do though?

Will: Didn't it happen with Frank Lampard? won the league with Chelsea and then went to City and won it?

Good shout, but his last Premier League title with Chelsea came in 2010, only for the Blues to win it again in 2015 when Lampard was with Manchester City.

West Brom are collecting cards like your nan at this time of year. Claudio Yacob is the latest man in the book for a tug on N'Golo Kante.

It's not quite pipe and slippers comfortable for West Brom out there, but it's definitely elasticated waistband country. Chelsea aren't causing them any troubles.

I feel Chelsea need to give West Brom another problem, whether it is to go two up front or to bring on Fabregas who is going to be that type of midfielder who is going to unlock that defence.

I just feel West Brom are comfortable defensively at the moment.

That's one way to deal with Diego Costa, take him out off the ball. A booking for Craig Dawson, who bags himself a game off through suspension.

Chelsea are popping it around but the West Brom players are not getting dragged too far out of position

From our view, it looks like a back six for West Brom. Purely because of how far Alonso and Moses are getting up the pitch.

    Mark Schwarzer
Former Middlesbrough and Fulham goalkeeper on MOTD2 Extra

Tottenham really missed Toby Alderweireld and putting Eric Dier in defence to replace him has taken a player out of midfield.

Having Alderweireld back in the squad will bring unity back, solidity and his distribution is an attacking outlet.

Taran Ravi: If Chelsea were to win the Premier League, would N'Golo Kante be the first player to win the league with 2 teams in 2 years?

We're going to say Eric Cantona with Leeds in 1992 and Manchester United in 1993, Mark Schwarzer with Chelsea 2015 and Leicester last season, but there must be more...?
