    Bournemouth 0-0 Leicester

Great spell for Bournemouth this. Leicester just cannot get the ball away from goal. Quick, slick passing on the edge of the Foxes penalty area, but still no breakthrough for the home side. Just the signs of one so far.

Poor from Romelu Lukaku this. Enner Valencia's pass sets him beyond the Arsenal back line, the angle's tight, Nacho Monreal's closing in, the best option is the cut-back.

Can he find Valencia again? Nope. Poor pass in search of his striking partner that's easily picked off. Should have done better.

Jamie Vardy in the mix already - after the hat-trick at home to Manchester City he's wanting more.

Played through on goal he's too quick for Artur Boruc and skirts round the Bournemouth keeper as he comes off his line. Luckily for the Cherries, Steve Cook's no slouch either, he comes sliding in to clear the danger.

Mesuz Ozil in the groove. He feeds it out wide and gets into the box to get on the end of the return pass but when it comes is leaning back and skies a shot over the bar.

Everton look very nervous, very wary of Arsenal's pace.

Alexis Sanchez looks to bundle his way through the Blue bodies as only he knows how. We've already seen some lovely touches from the Chilean, and here he is again snapping at heels as Everton look to build from the back.

Tradition rules here. Both teams wearing their familiar home colours, knocking the ball around confidently and playing 4-4-2 (well, nearly - Joshua King is dropping deep behind Benik Afobe to make it 4-4-1-1 for Bournemouth).

On the glove front... it's a contrast to Goodison Park, with just three outfield players wearing them (Riyad Mahrez, Daniel Amartey and Islam Slimani), with the majority of players - including Mahrez - in short-sleeved shirts.

Everton corner. All the chat has been about how they can't defend set pieces but you often see Arsenal get caught out too.

Ross Barkley's delivery is poor though - flat and straight to the front stick. Is he rusty?

This is lively. Charlie Daniels breezes down the left in Bournemouth's first venture forward and - as Luis Hernandez and Riyad Mahrez argue over who's going to get stuck in - he flashes a cross across the face of goal that's just begging for a flying forehead. Great start.

Already a shade of danger for the Bournemouth back four.

Islam Slimani shows a lovely touch to drag back and feed Riyad Mahrez, and Jamie Vardy is already on his way in behind. But Mahrez's pass is just too strong and carries on its way towards Artur Boruc. Confident start indeed.

They talk about Everton getting bullied at set pieces but I think if Aaron Lennon is on his game tonight he will trouble Monreal. I think Everton could ask Arsenal questions.

Quite the opposite on Merseyside it seems. Gloves out in the warm-up, you can see your breath in front of you, what I assume were Everton mints thrown into the crowd. The boiled sweet's time to shine.

Considering it's nearly the middle of December, it's downright mild here - certainly a few degrees warmer than it was for the Sunday afternoon kick-off against Liverpool nine days ago.

With no fear of frost, the pitch is also getting a serious pre-match watering from the sprinklers - and a quartet of men erecting the Premier League "arch" for the pre-match line-up have just got drenched.

    Arsenal

Ah, Alexis Sanchez. Did you see that dummy and chip over the keeper at West Ham?

What about the lob against Ludogorets?

The Chilean's scored some truly spectacular goals this season already. What kind of a mood will he be in tonight? One goal at Goodison Park would be enough to take him joint top of the Premier League scoring charts, alongside Diego Costa.
