Well, honestly, that was an unbelievable finish. It has to be up there with the goal of the season already. 

He's hooked that with a gadget foot - the ball is behind him and he has no right to get his foot to it. 

Alex Iwobi is the next Arsenal player to test Wayne Hennessey, sweeping a shot towards the far post through a crowd of players but Palace goalkeeper gets down to make the save.

Alexis Sanchez absolutely hammers a shot at goal. Just wide, but there was so much power behind it he burst the ball. Wayne Hennessey wouldn't have fancied getting in the way of that if it was on target.

Ten minutes in and Arsenal are dominating - as much as Tottenham were in the opening stages of their game against Watford. The Gunners win their third corner of the game but it's poor and easily caught by Wayne Hennessey.

Big chance for Arsenal! 

Nacho Monreal crosses from the left, both Olivier Giroud and Lucas Perez have the chance to turn home from close range, but both miss their kicks.

Arsenal appear to be going for balls over the top and trying to hit Palace with the pace of forwards. It almost pays off as Lucas Perez finds space in the middle, but is beaten to the ball by Wayne Hennessey. 

Crystal Palace have right back Joel Ward filling in at left back and it seems for a moment he forgets where he is playing as he slices a clearance out of play under no pressure.
