  1. CLOSE!published at 84 mins

    West Ham 0-2 Man Utd

Marcus Rashford or should that be Marcus Rash-Ferrari? His highlights for this match should be shown on Top Gear, not Match of the Day.

The Manchester United man purrs down the left, looks up and finds Ander Herrera, but the Spaniard's volley is kept out well by the diving Darren Randolph.

Andy Carroll causing problems for David de Gea again, rising to meet a cross which the Spaniard fumbles.

It has been that sort of game for West Ham, hasn't quite fallen in their favour.

There is a question of Ibrahimovic being offside but he swivels and smashes it into the corner.

Jose Mourinho gets his final substitute ready straight away, he knows this game is over.

    Zlatan Ibrahimovic

    Points in the bag.

West Ham are architects of their own downfall for this goal. Ander Herrera's shot hits Angelo Ogbonna and the ball pops up to Pedro Obiang, who makes a hash of his clearance.

It drops to Zlatan Ibrahimovic and you cannot give him that amount of space or time in the box, as the Swede ruthlessly dispatches a drilled strike into the net.

He looked offside but Manchester United supporters won't mind.

  7. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 77 mins

    West Ham 0-1 Man Utd

Almost a calamitous error from Darren Randolph.

Marcus Rashford is looking to get on the scoresheet and strikes an effort straight at Randolph, but the West Ham goalkeeper lets the ball slip out of his grasp and the ball hits the post.

Randolph can turn round and collect though.

    Phew.

  8. YELLOW CARDpublished at 76 mins

    West Ham 0-1 Man Utd

A painful one for Manuel Lanzini with the West Ham man barged in the back by Antonio Valencia.

The tackle earns Valencia a yellow card.

  9. CLOSE!published at 75 mins

    West Ham 0-1 Man Utd

The points should be in the bag.

Once again Marcus Rashford is involved after being found by Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but Paul Pogba strikes agonisingly wide from the edge of the box from Rashford's cutback.

The quicker West Ham have counter attacked, they've just showed signs there could be something at the end of it and with Andy Carroll in there now, they'll have hope.

It doesn't matter how good you are aerially, if the delivery is right and he attacks it like we know he can, he is almost unstoppable.

    West Ham 0-1 Man Utd

Manchester United making West Ham do the chasing with time running out.

But the Hammers manage to get the ball back.

The impressive Manuel Lanzini makes his way into the box and plays team-mate Aaron Cresswell on the overlap, but the left-back loses his footing.

    West Ham 0-1 Man Utd

Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has to sprint off his line to clear a through ball.

The 10 men of West Ham are chasing the game, but find a white wall of United in front of them.

    Twenty minutes left.

  14. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 68 mins

    West Ham 0-1 Man Utd

    Here comes the big man.

Andy Carroll, who once gave David de Gea a torrid time, comes on for Dimitri Payet.

  15. Postpublished at 67 mins

    West Ham 0-1 Man Utd

Having taken the lead, Manchester United are happy to hog the possession again.

Dimitri Payet gives the ball away to Ander Herrera and then makes no attempt to win it back.

The Spanish midfielder finds Paul Pogba on the edge of the box, but his left-footed shot lacks direction and is scuffed wide of goal.

There is where managers earn their corn. Jose Mourinho has made important substitutions and they have combined. Rashford cut it back beautifully, Mata is 12 yards out and his side-foot finish gives the keeper no chance.

As soon as the ball hit the back of the net, Mourinho pointed to Chris Smalling on the touchline. He is on and pushes Michael Carrick back into midfield.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 65 mins

    West Ham 0-1 Man Utd

Jose Mourinho's reaction to that goal is to make a change.

Midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan comes off and defender Chris Smalling enters the action.

    Juan Mata

    The substitutes combine.

It is all about Marcus Rashford. The England international is picked out on the left with a raking Phil Jones pass.

Rashford shows he has pace to burn, putting two West Ham defenders on their backsides. He then has the composure to find his team-mate Juan Mata.

The Spaniard lets the ball run onto his left peg, before lashing a finish past the helpless Darern Randolph.

Manuel Lanzini's pass was exquisite, he threaded it through and Michail Antonio was one on one. It's a tame finish though. The reshuffle of Man United's defenders, he just crept in behind. What a big chance.
