Suffering a fifth defeat in a row and having conceded eight goals in three games, Wigan remain four points adrift of 21st-placed Burton, definitely in the danger zone.

Their loss today at bottom-of-the-table Rotherham brings the Millers to within five points of the Latics.

But both sides will need a quite remarkable turnaround in the second half of their seasons to have hope of staying in the Championship.
