    Wolves 2-2 Bristol City

Helder Costa's sweet, volleyed finish from a far-post cross has brought Wolves level at home to Bristol City.

Meanwhile, Barnsley still lead against Blackburn and Fulham are beating Ipswich.

  2. goal

GOAL: Huddersfield 1-1 Nottingham Forestpublished at 16:15 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

    Kasey Palmer

Maybe winning our vote has spurred Huddersfield into action!

Town are level against Nottingham Forest through Kasey Palmer but it's an absolutely ridiculous goal.

Aaron Mooy slices a shot from the edge of the box and it lands straight onto the head of Palmer, who heads into the net from six yards.

That's one piece of good news for the Terriers, who trail at home to Nottingham Forest today.

Leeds United came second with 28%, while AFC Wimbledon finished third with 10%.

  4. goal

GOAL: Rotherham 3-1 Wiganpublished at 16:12 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

    Yanic Wildschut

How are your nerves, Millers fans? You surely wouldn't let this slip from here, would you?

Wigan have one back on 51 minutes - Yanic Wildschut with a neat finish from the edge of the area.

  5. Postpublished at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

    Aston Villa 1-1 Burton Albion

It hasn't been particularly pretty from Villa so far at home to Burton. The hosts have had just one shot on target, no corners and less than 40% of possession.

Steve Bruce's men need a much better second half, in their first ever league meeting with the Brewers.

  6. KICK-OFFpublished at 16:09 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

    Reading 1-0 Norwich

Second-halves are starting around the country... they are back under way at the Madejski Stadium, where you sense Alex Neil's out-of-form side badly need a battling comeback.

They're currently on course for a fourth defeat in five Boxing Day games but, more importantly, they're slipping further away from their play-off rivals.

Aston Villa have drawn four and lost five of their nine Boxing Day fixtures since Juan Pablo Angel scored one of their four goals against Everton 11 years ago.

Can they finally get a Boxing Day win this afternoon? They're being held by Burton Albion, as things stand.

The players are heading back out around the grounds in the EFL.

  8. Fairytale of the New York Stadiumpublished at 16:02 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

    HT: Rotherham 3-0 Wigan

To put this scoreline into some context, Rotherham scored three goals in their past five home matches prior to Christmas.

They've managed the same amount in the first 45 minutes at home to Wigan this afternoon.

The Latics surely need a second-half miracle if they're to avoid a fifth straight defeat.

  10. Ugly scenes at Grimsbypublished at 15:58 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

    League Two half-times

Grismby lead 1-0 at home to Accrington in League Two, but the game has been soured by a melee between the players in the tunnel as the two teams headed to the dressing rooms for half-time.

The incident followed a sideline argument between managers Marcus Bignot and John Coleman.

Accrington will be heading into the relegation zone as it stands, because Cheltenham have equalised at home to Barnet thanks to a goal from Danny Wright.

At the top, leaders Plymouth now lead Wycombe 2-1 with a goal from Jake Jervis. That was a 15:15 GMT kick-off because of crowd congestion.

  11. Kaikai double rescues Brentfordpublished at 15:56 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

  12. Robinson's revenge?published at 15:54 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

    League One half-times

It's still goalless in five games in League One at half-time, including at Valley Parade where play-off hopefuls Bradford have perhaps just about edged the first half at home to leaders Scunthorpe.

Elsewhere, Karl Robinson's Charlton lead his former club MK Dons 1-0 at the break thanks to a goal from Ademola Lookman. Robinson lost his first game back at Milton Keynes 3-1 in an FA Cup replay earlier this month.

New Coventry boss Russell Slade is still waiting for one of his players to put a great big smile back on his face in his first game in charge, as City trail Bristol Rovers 1-0.

  13. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:52 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

Reading 1-0 Norwich, Rotherham 3-0 Wigan

Half-time whistles have gone around all the Championship grounds.

Barnsley, Nottingham Forest, Fulham, Leeds and Bristol City are all ahead.

And Rotherham fans - how much hope does this give you? It's 3-0 against Wigan.

  14. goal

GOAL: Rotherham 3-0 Wiganpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

    Dan Burn own goal

What a half for Rotherham! They're flying at home to Wigan, who look all over the place at the back to be honest.

Danny Ward almost has his second of the game, but his parried effort bounces in off the unfortunate Wigan defender, Dan Burn.

  15. Postpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

    Huddersfield 0-1 Nottingham Forest

Huddersfield's Elias Kachunga, normally so deadly in front of goal this season, shoots straight at the keeper from a great position on the edge of the box.

The hosts still trail, approaching half-time.

  16. Chasing a play-off spotpublished at 15:46 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

    Yann KermorgantImage source, Rex Features

Of the three sides who began the afternoon in the Championship's top six that are playing right now, in-form Reading and Leeds are enjoying valuable first-half leads.

But Huddersfield, who started the afternoon in fourth, remain behind at home to Nottingham Forest.

  17. Postpublished at 15:43 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

Wolves 1-2 Bristol City, Barnsley 1-0 Blackburn

A wonderful turnaround from Bristol City, who lead at Wolves.

Teenager Tammy Abraham has his 14th goal of the season, equalising with a low finish past the goalkeeper, before Aden Flint heads home from a corner.

Meanwhile, Barnsley are still ahead at home to Blackburn, but Rovers are having a decent spell.

  18. League Two latestpublished at 15:41 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

    Scott KashketImage source, Rex Features

A possible upset on the cards in League Two, as bottom side Newport are leading fourth-placed Portsmouth 1-0, with on-loan Swansea midfielder Josh Sheehan getting the first goal.

Meanwhile, leaders Plymouth have equalised against sixth-placed Wycombe at Home Park.

Scott Kashket had slotted the Chairboys into the lead, but Jordan Slew just about forces the ball into the net from Oscar Threlkeld's cross. Jamal Blackman got a big hand to it in the Wycombe goal, but couldn't keep it out.

  19. goal

GOAL: Reading 1-0 Norwichpublished at 15:39 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

    Yann Kermorgant

Jaap Stam's Reading have a big goal at home to Norwich City. Yann Kermorgant got in front of his man to head goalwards at the near post from Liam Kelly's decent free-kick delivery.

  20. Postpublished at 15:37 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2016

    Reading 0-0 Norwich

Half-chances at both ends at the Madejski, but Steven Naismith volleys wide for Norwich and then, a few minutes later, Roy Beerens sees his shot blocked for the hosts.
