Crystal Palace 0-1 Everton
Stoke 1-1 Man Utd
Rooney's record-breaker was almost the last kick of the game. It ends 1-1. Pure drama.
Jonathan Calleri (90 mins)
The points are in the bag for West Ham as Jonathan Calleri's low strike loops off a defender and into the back of the net.
Wayne Rooney (94 min)
He has done it and he has done it in style!
Wayne Rooney's free-kick bends into the top corner and he breaks Sir Bobby Charlton's record to score his 250th goal for the club.
Bournemouth 2-2 Watford
Bournemouth's Callum Wilson stoops low to nod Jordon Ibe's low cross at goal, but it goes wide of the post. We're into the last few minutes of play...
Middlesbrough 1-2 West Ham
Rudy Gestede hooks a volley wide for Middlesbrough. Time is running out for the hosts to find an equaliser.
It is not over yet at Derby. Yakou Meite has pulled a goal back for Reading to make it 3-2. It is, however, long over at Championship leaders Newcastle, who are now 4-0 up against bottom club Rotherham. Matt Ritchie with the fourth - his second of the game. There is late hope for Brentford after Ramallo Jota pulls one back for them at Wigan. 2-1 to the home side there.
Stoke 1-0 Man Utd
The five minutes of added time at the bet365 stadium has *not* gone down well with the home crowd...
Are we heading for Fergie Time? Sir Alex in the stands looking on today.
West Brom 2-0 Sunderland
Sunderland have a free-kick but it comes to nothing and Matt Phillips breaks, before he is taken out by George Honeyman.
Free-kick to West Brom now, Phillips with the cross but it is put behind by Jack Rodwell.
Darren Fletcher seems to be telling referee Craig Pawson he was elbowed in the face - the Scot is not happy.
Looking at the replays Papy Djilobodji does appear to have punched him. Should have been a red card.
Man City v Tottenham (17:30 GMT)
Manchester City make two changes to the team that lost 4-0 at Everton last Sunday.
Centre-back John Stones is dropped to the bench and replaced by Aleksandar Kolarov, while Bacary Sagna comes in for Leroy Sane who takes up a spot on the left wing.
Brazil forward Gabriel Jesus is on the bench after formally completing his £27m move from Palmeiras - and there's also a place on the bench for Vincent Kompany, in the squad for the first time since November.
On a seven-match winning run, Tottenham make just one change to the team that beat West Brom at White Hart Lane last weekend.
Jan Vertonghen, who suffered ankle ligament damage in the 4-0 win, is replaced by Austria defender Kevin Wimmer.
Stoke 1-0 Man Utd
CLANG. Jesse Lingard rattles the crossbar with an effort from the edge of the area. That would have been some equaliser.
Stoke 1-0 Man Utd
Man Utd pile forward but instead of laying a pass off to two team-mates waiting on either side of the box, the on-rushing Paul Pogba tries to poke straight at goal and it trickles into the hands of the keeper. What a waste.
Seamus Coleman (87 mins)
The breakthrough!
Everton had four shots against Manchester City and scored four goals. It has taken them until their 16th effort to hit the back of the net in this game as Tom Davies slices open the defence with a pass to put Seamus Coleman through and he fires across Wayne Hennessey to give the Toffees the lead.
Derby are in control now against Reading in the Championship. Will Hughes has made it 3-1 to County. A Robbie Brady penalty has restored Norwich's lead against Wolves. The away side are also down to 10 men following Carl Ikeme's dismissal and have Matt Doherty in goal because they have used all their subs. Preston have completed the comeback against Villa. Jordan Hugill's second of the game means it is now 2-2 at Villa Park.
In League One it is still 2-2 between Sheffield United and Gillingham but Bradford are level with Millwall. James Meredith making it 1-1 at Valley Parade. And it is now MK Dons 5-2 Northampton.

Mon-ia: Rooney hasn't done anything to help the team. Literally just hanging around the box for his own glory. United look lost.
Corin Wright: If United don't win this they can kiss goodbye top 4. They've looked completely uninspiring throughout the whole match.
Middlesbrough 1-2 West Ham
Clever play from Manuel Lanzini almost puts this game beyond Middlesbrough as he flicks the ball over the defence for Jonathan Calleri but the substitute stabs a first-time effort wide.
Benik Afobe (81 mins)
Eddie Howe is delighted! For the second time, Bournemouth come from behind to draw level.
Benik Afobe shoots across Heurelho Gomez and into the bottom corner.
Crystal Palace 0-0 Everton
Crystal Palace have had plenty of defending to do in this half but they almost snatch the lead as Scott Dann powers a header at goal from a free-kick, but Joel Robles reacts quickly to make the save. Crucial.
Bournemouth 1-2 Watford
Bournemouth are trying to find another equaliser but it's just not happening at the moment. Watford, meanwhile, are playing the clock down in the hope of taking three points back to north west London.
West Brom 2-0 Sunderland
We've just had a pause in play here after Sunderland's Jason Denayer took an almighty whack to an... ahem delicate part of the body. He is down on the ground, wincing in pain and is still in visible discomfort when he eventually gets up.
"Are you alright?" asks referee Craig Pawson. He is definitely not alright.
