Bournemouth make two changes from the side who lost 3-1 to Hull last time out as Josh King and Callum Wilson come in for Harry Arter and Benik Afobe. Subs: Gosling, Pugh, Arter, Afobe, B. Smith, Federici, Ibe.

Watford hand a first start to recent loan signing Tom Cleverley, who replaces the injured Valon Behrami in midfield. The Hornets are otherwise unchanged from their goalless draw with Middlesbrough last weekend.

Subs: Cathcart, Zuniga, Sinclair, Janmaat, Ighalo, Pantilimon, Mason.

Anchorman himself - Ron Burgundy - aka actor Will Ferrell is at today's early Premier League game between Liverpool and Swansea. Apt, because things actually did escalate quickly in the game.

After a pretty dull first half, there's been five goals in the second with Swansea leading 3-2. Follow the closing stages here.

Salford, in a rare break from tradition, is actually quite nice today - blue skies and the odd cloud  - but I stand by my original point that this is a pretty depressing month for most.

Still, we have an afternoon of football action brimming with interesting ties and sub plots.

    Here's the full 3pm line-up:

Without further ado, to the team news...

  15. Banishing the January bluespublished at 13:56 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January 2017

January - a truly miserable month for most.

After the Christmas and New Year celebrations it is a month when the cold, hard hand of reality slaps you square in the face - rubbish weather, chilly, dark mornings defrosting the car for work and living on a shoestring as you count down the days to pay day after the December splurge.

It's also proving to be a miserable month for Crystal Palace boss Sam Allardyce and Sunderland manager David Moyes. Both are struggling to turn things round at their respective clubs and the prospect of relegation is looming large.

Can they banish those January blues today?
