United started very pedestrian but that has changed with Rashford and Lingard coming on. 

Every time Stoke break they look dangerous and even though United have possession they aren't having chance after chance.

Paul Pogba plays a one-two with Wayne Rooney and the Frenchman lets off an absolute screamer from his left boot towards Lee Grant in the Stoke goal...but it goes wide. 

Moments later, Pogba pings the ball over the top, Zlatan heads towards Jesse Lingard but it is cleared for a corner.

Brazilian forward Gabriel Jesus is named on the Manchester City bench - could he come on for his first appearance for Pep Guardiola's side later? 

Joining him is centre-back John Stones, who drops out of the City starting XI. 

For Spurs there's just the one change - injured Jan Vertonghen is replaced by Kevin Wimmer.

Into the final quarter of an hour and it's all Middlesbrough. West Ham have dropped back, can the hosts find an equaliser? If they do, expect Adama Traore to be involved. He's had an excellent game.

Wayne Rooney sweeps the ball in from the right and it eventually falls to Marcus Rashford on the edge of the area who controls and hits towards goal, but it goes wide. 

It's still all Man United here, but still no goal. Stoke are holding their ground.

Teenage forward Ademola Lookman got a dream debut goal for Everton against Manchester City. He has just come on for Kevin Mirallas and immediately has a chance as he runs at the Palace defence before shooting, but his effort is too close to the keeper.

Game over at St James' Park. Ayoze Perez has made it Newcastle 3-0 Rotherham. The former will end the day top of the Championship table, the latter bottom of it. In a clash with big play-off implications, Derby are now in front against Reading. Tom Ince has made it 2-1 to County. Wolves have equalised at Norwich. Helder Costa's penalty has made it 1-1. Ben Osborn has given Nottingham Forest the lead over Bristol City and Jordan Hugill has pulled a goal back for Preston at Villa. 2-1 in that game now.

Jose Holebas is booked for a foul on Jack Wilshere, which means a two-game suspension for the Watford wide-man. He'll miss matches against Millwall in the FA Cup and Arsenal in the league. 

Sunderland need a hero. David Moyes looks to his bench and motions to Victor Anichebe to get ready. On comes the striker against his former side. 

Meanwhile, there's movement on the West Brom bench as well. Jake Livermore is coming on for his debut. 

Peter Crouch, who is looking for his 100th Premier League goal, gets the ball at his feet in the area but the Man United defence buzz around him and clear it away.

Is today the day Rooney finally breaks Bobby Charlton's goal-scoring record? He's got half an hour to do it.

Championship leaders Newcastle have strengthened their lead over bottom side Rotherham, with Matt Ritchie making it 2-0 at St James' Park. Huddersfield have also gone 2-0 up. Christopher Schindler has scored their second at home against Ipswich.

In League One, leaders Sheffield United are now drawing 2-2 with Gillingham. Josh Wright has scored his second for the visitors, with Kieron Freeman equalising for the Blades shortly after. Promotion-chasing Bradford are now trailing 1-0 to Millwall at Valley Parade. Lee Gregory with the goal. Chukwuemeka Aneke has made it MK Dons 3-0 Northampton.

Ross Barkley is giving the Crystal Palace defence the run around. He pulls it apart again with a darting run along the edge  of the box before letting fly with a dipping drive that Wayne Hennessey does well to hold, albeit at the second attempt.

Fair play to Sunderland. They may be 2-0 down but their heads have not dropped and are plugging away, trying to get a goal that will make the closing stages of this game interesting. 

Jermain Defoe falls to ground under pressure from Craig Dawson and wants a penalty. An optimisitic shout and no surprise that the referee isn't interested.
