Now then? West Ham may get one more attack.

They raise some hope. Cesc Fabregas is played a horrible pass in midfield and he can't get hold of it. Andre Ayew pounces and races at the away defence to square to Manuel Lanzini. He drills low into the net.

We will have three minutes added. Slaven can barely stand up. Call it early ref.

West Ham have a throw-in deep in Chelsea territory, attacking an end now featuring more empty seats than full ones.

Chelsea's fans are singing "we're going to win the league".

They are going 10 points clear with 33 to play for.

Andy Carroll has had 33 touches, a lower tally than any outfield player who started.

He was of course a fitness doubt having been injured for a month. Surely he can be used in a better way?

He stretches for a cross but Cesar Azpilicueta blocks his run so he can't connect with the cross.

You will not see a more cut and dry final five minutes since you watched the Dog & Duck hold onto their 12-0 lead against the Red Lion on a council playing field.

Cesar Azpilicueta picks out Willian on the edge of the box. He moves into a shooting position but the angle is narrow and the effort is blocked for a corner.

Andy: Our squad is so thin, Bilic needs backing from board to bring in some big players in the summer.

Dimitri: Chelsea refreshingly hard working team considering the flair in their team.

A lot of folk now leaving London Stadium. White seats aplenty on show. The queue at the chippy will be smaller at this time. Good thinking ladies and gents, good thinking.

Chelsea lining up to add a third. Diego Costa clipping a cross beyond Marcos Alonso but he keeps things alive, finding Willian, who tees up Cesc Fabregas 18 yards out - curled over.

I think this was the game we thought they may slip up. Chelsea are such a well-oiled machine. The central defenders have been first class.

    West Ham 0-2 Chelsea

So Chelsea now have N'Golo Kante, Nemanja Matic and three recognised central defenders out there. West Ham will probably still try to cross balls.

There's a wall of black shirts between the home side and the goal they are attacking. A well-built wall at that. No inch given.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:36 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2017

    West Ham 0-2 Chelsea

Either this hand-to-face movement is a sneaky tactical instruction or Slaven Bilic is putting his head into his hands. Who could blame him?

Mark Noble is going off for Edimilson Fernandes, Kurt Zouma jogs on with Victor Moses going off. Moses takes his gloves off like a man who has just done a fine afternoon's gardening.

    West Ham 0-2 Chelsea

Sam Byram crosses, volleyed clear. Byram crosses again, Andy Carroll flicks it on. Mark Noble beats his man in a wide area and tries a passed cross, blocked... corner.

Cross after cross, surely one will pay off?

Eden Hazard makes his way off for Willian and the Belgian looks a little bit surprised.

Numbers-wise there's not a lot in it. In terms of effectiveness and quality, there's plenty dividing these sides.

Willian will be on in a minute.

Pedro Obiang steps up from his defensive midfield role and wants a hit. Oh dear. Sliced wide. That's right out of the David Batty scrapbook.

    West Ham 0-2 Chelsea

Andy Carroll wins a header in the box, no-one there for the flick but Thibaut Courtois. Surely there is another way?

  17. GREAT SAVE!published at 67 mins

    West Ham 0-2 Chelsea

Darren Randolph with a stunner of a save. He dives to his right and palms a ball which is about four feet from the ground around the post.

Diego Costa had swiveled and struck all in one movement.

  18. Postpublished at 65 mins

    West Ham 0-2 Chelsea

West Ham have played 20 open play crosses. Chelsea four.

Perhaps that underlines the focus of attack with Andy Carroll central to their decisions all the time it seems.

  19. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 64 mins

    West Ham 0-2 Chelsea

Nemanja Matic is coming on for Chelsea, Pedro off. That tells you Antonio Conte will take what he has.

A double change for the Hammers sees Sofiane Feghouli come off with Winston Reid. Andre Ayew and Sam Byram enter.

  20. CLOSE!published at 61 mins

    West Ham 0-2 Chelsea

This is West Ham's best moment. A save, a penalty appeal and a header over.

It's Sofiane Feghouli who pounces on a loose ball in the box to drive low against the keeper - brilliant block by Thibaut Courtois. There's a melee and Marcos Alonso blocks with his arm it seems - a big, big shout.

Winston Reid keeps the attack alive, lobbing in a cross which Jose Fonte heads over. That feels like a key moment, one of them had to go in. A truly chaotic minute.
