    Efe Ambrose's proposed move to Blackburn appears to be off, with the English Championship club pulling the plug. It just shows how quickly things can change on these nights.

    "I'm a free agent so I'm nice and relaxed," the 27-year-old tells BBC Sportsound.

    "With the new ruling on foreign players [in China}, it was the best arrangement for me."
