    All is going swimmingly for Rafael Benitez's Magpies so far in Yorkshire.

    They're heading five points clear at the top of the Championship, and 11 clear of third-placed Huddersfield, as things stand.

    Huddersfield have been forced into a change in goal, with Joel Coleman replacing Danny Ward.

    Bristol City striker Aaron Wilbraham had a goal disallowed and Lee Tomlin missed a penalty as the Robins  slid into the relegation zone after a 0-0 draw with Burton Albion.

    Bristol City head coach Lee Johnson told BBC Radio Bristol:

    "I thought we deserved to win, we deserved to win by manner of chances and manner of forward play and we just couldn't get it over the line.

    "The first-half goal should have stood, it was definitely not a foul having looked back on it. 

    "It's very frustrating because we should have scored two or three today."

    Blackburn remained unbeaten in three games under new manager Tony Mowbray, beating fellow strugglers Wigan 1-0 to move two points clear of the relegation zone.

    Blackburn manager Tony Mowbray told BBC Radio Lancashire:

    "They've got it in bucketfuls this resilience, this togetherness, this spirit.

    "It's something I could see the first day I could see that they were quite a tight group, and it was hurting them I think to find themselves in the bottom three. 

    "There was some warriors out there on the pitch for us today and on Tuesday night, and we managed to get the points from the games."

    Here's a look at the penalty incident in the 10th minute, as Matt Ritchie was felled by Nahki Wells.

    That got the ball rolling for Newcastle and, after soaking up some Huddersfield pressure, they got their second just after the half hour when Daryl Murphy slotted home.

    It's all going well for the Magpies, and they are on course for their 13th away victory of thee season.

    Brighton missed out on the chance to move top of the Championship as they suffered their second successive defeat with a 3-0 loss at Nottingham Forest.

    Brighton manager Chris Hughton told BBC Sussex:

    "This is a tough period for us, but we knew that, we knew that there are a group of teams behind us that will get a lot of wins.

    "We want to make sure that we get back on track come Tuesday night and for the rest of the season because it won't be easy, everybody's pushing.

    "We're going to have to show what we've shown for the bulk of the season to make sure we stay where we want to."
