Chelsea boss Antonio Conte to BBC Sport: “It’s a big night because we won the title. I made a decision to make nine changes and give the chance to start a lot of young players. I must be pleased because the answer was very good.
"We conceded three goals but we scored four and created many chances. The most important thing was we won. Now we have target to win 30 games [which would be a Premier League record in a season].
"The most important thing is to win the league. Then if we have the possibility to improve these records, we must try. We can reach this target. The players and I want to reach this target."
Chelsea 4-3 Watford
Chelsea skipper John Terry, speaking to Sky Sports: "It was great for me to get into the starting line-up and delighted to get on scoresheet.
"Then a couple of moments later I made the error and the boys dug me out. If in doubt, kick it out! It is a simple rule.
"People expected that, because we had won the league and they were safe, it would be a nothing game but it wasn't like that.
"There were some juicy tackles going in and a lot of passion. From our point of view the manager made it very clear in the dressing room beforehand that he wanted us to be the first Premier League team to earn 30 wins in a season.
"We got the win tonight, now hopefully it will give us the momentum to get the 30th against Sunderland."
On what could have been his Stamford Bridge farewell: "It was a tough day, it is always tough when you have been at a club for so long. Tonight was tough but on Sunday I'll be in bits."
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte praised captain John Terry to BBC Sport: "He is a great man. He helped me a lot in my first season. He had a fantastic role on and off the pitch.
"I think this evening he showed he can continue to play. I’m pleased for him, he scored a great goal. We won another game. I‘m looking forward to seeing him lift the cup on Sunday. He deserves this."
Departing Chelsea skipper John Terry says "honest" Antonio Conte is the sort of coach he wants to become when he hangs up his boots.
"He has been brilliant. Even with me, after leaving me out, which I imagine was a tough decision for him," Terry tells Sky Sports.
"He was honest, he brought me into his office and explained the situation. I have never really had that with a manger. His honesty and communication has been fantastic. That's what players want.
"He made it clear that I wouldn't get back in if the boys were performing and obviously I was wanting them to win from the sidelines.
"He has been a great example for me in how I want to coach in the future."

More from John Terry, who is leaving Chelsea at the end of the season, to BBC Sport: "If I could have written my life, this is how it would have been - going out crowned champions - and in great hands with the owner, manager and players.
"Next week will be a sad day for me. But I'm delighted with the experiences I've had.
"We haven't come this far to lose in the FA Cup final. We can also be the first team to win 30 games in a Premier League season, that's the message from the manager and we want to do it.
"We'll have to add [players this summer] because other teams will do so. It's tough to retain the title."
Watford manager Walter Mazzarri to BBC Sport: "I am very proud of my team. We had several players out injured.
"We played very well. Of course we were safe with six games left. I'm looking at the players I've got and who needs to be here next season.
"Congratulations to Antonio Conte because he's a great manager. They have great players. They deserve it [the title]."
Departing Chelsea skipper John Terry says he has not ruled out calling time on his playing career after Sunday's final game of the season.
The former England captain, 36, will leave Stamford Bridge this summer after spending over 20 years at the club.
"I've not ruled out Sunday being the final game of my playing career," he tells Sky Sports.
"If the right offer comes along, whether that's here or abroad, then I'll sit down with my family and consider it.
"Genuinely I have not made a decision yet. I'm evaluating my options."
Terry, who scored on his first Premier League start since September, added: "I never wanted to be that player hanging about, stopping the progress of a young player.
"The transition of being on the bench has given me a different point of view and that will serve me well if I want to go into management."
Chelsea
Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta to BBC Sport about their Double hopes: "We are really focused on that. We know we have worked really hard to be in this position.
"We have to prepare for our final Premier League game well. Then we have a whole week to prepare for the FA Cup final. To do the Double would be amazing.
"We can enjoy it today because we have worked really hard. At the end we got the result we were looking for. Last season we were not in this position so we have to appreciate this."
Chelsea have two games left this season.
After relegated Sunderland's visit on Sunday, the Blues take on Arsenal in the FA Cup final on 27 May.
Double joy for Antonio Conte?
Chelsea captain John Terry to BBC Sport: "It was a crazy minute. I got on the scoresheet and a minute later made a mistake and let him [Etienne Capoue] in. Mixed emotions.
"I'm delighted to get on the scoresheet. But any young kid watching, if in doubt get it out. That's what i should have done.
"I was delighted to start first and foremost, and to score and win. It's important to keep this momentum going for the FA Cup final."

Chelsea 4-3 Watford
Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta to BBC Sport: "We conceded a lot of goals but we scored. It was our first game after being champions so we knew it could be tough. But we got the three points.
"We want to finish on a high ON Sunday. We want to get as many points as we can. We have been first since game 12 so obviously we have showed consistency. Even when defeat arrived, we didn't panic and kept unity. Tottenham were doing well but we had it in our hands and we didn't let it go.
"It was a good moment to score my first Premier League goal this season after being champions. It was a special moment for me."

Chelsea's players have returned to the dressing room and Stamford Bridge is emptying. The real celebrations will take place on Sunday when Sunderland are the visitors on the final day of the Premier League season (15:00 BST).
Pat Nevin
Ex-Chelsea winger on BBC Radio 5 live
I don't think Chelsea's squad, as good as they have been this season, is big enough to go that far in the Champions League next season and be competitive in the Premier League.
They need three or four more players of a really top standard. They might get one or two back like Andreas Christensen from loan spells and they have youngsters like Nathan Ake. There's probably two or three big signings to come.
They have the finances. They sold Oscar for about £60m and have not missed him at all. And they have to try to keep the players they've got. I don't think Eden Hazard will go anywhere.
