    Captain. Legend. Leaving.

As if Chelsea fans don't love Antonio Conte enough, there are strong rumours John Terry will be starting his first Premier League game since 11 September.

Terry is leaving the Blues after 22 years at the end of this season. What a perfect opportunity to give the 36-year-old a send off to remember.

And yes, he has made enough appearances this season to get a title medal.

Team news coming up in around 20 minutes.
