The moment of the match for me was before it - Paul Pogba, just after the minute's silence and he went over to the Manchester United fans to say thank you to them and to show them he is with them.

Jose Mourinho's name rings out from the United end of the ground as the players celebrate in front of their fans.

Two trophies and a place in the Champions League. The club's playing style may be under discussion but Mourinho has delivered, hasn't he?

Manchester United have done it and there's a huge outpouring of emotion from Jose Mourinho! I can't remember the last time I saw him smile but he's showing everyone the 'number one' with his finger.

His son jumps on him, Paul Pogba is dabbing. The works.

On the big occasions Mourinho is fantastic - he sets them up brilliantly for this sort of game. United deserve this. They have done the city proud.

Four added minutes have been found from somewhere. They could have blown for full time when Henrikh Mkhitaryan scored the second goal. A non event of a final for the neutral, a terrific win for Manchester United and Jose Mourinho.

United have defended ever so well tonight. Chris Smalling and Daley Blind have been exceptional. As a team they have been solid.

KN: Pogba & Mkhitaryan have had big impacts tonight. Apart from the goals, Pogba's ball holding in first half relieved early pressure.
