Not a bad start to the season, is it? Goals all over the place!
I think Watford deserved the point today - Liverpool played the better football but Watford forced them all the time and made them make mistakes.
Honours even and great entertainment for the punters.

Watford boss Marco Silva to BBC Sport: "I think it’s a fair result. We had a very good first half, a good intensity like I wanted.
"I didn’t like the first 25 minutes of the second half. We expected a good reaction from Liverpool but we needed to be better. We made mistakes. But we reacted well.
"Our fans pushed our players on. We had some small injuries. Our fans helped the team. We need to show this attitude and commitment in all our games."
Silva said he had not seen whether their equaliser was offside, but added: "Until the end of the market, we’ll do more [signings]. The board knows what I want to improve the squad."

A little more from Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, who was asked by Sky Sports about Coutinho:
"I cannot say a lot about it. I am responsible for the whole team. I need to be focused on the players who are available. I have no influence on the players who aren’t available."

Liverpool
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp told BBC Sport: "We were unlucky in the end. The equaliser was offside. It’s obvious because the linesman is on the line. He needs to see it.
"Watford's first goal was a good cross and a good run. That’s just good. Well done really. The first half I wasn’t too happy with.
"We passed but couldn’t see what we actually wanted. The second half was a lot better. We forgot to close the game. We defended a little deep. We have to push up. Both teams struggled with 90 minutes, it’s the first game. That’s normal.
"I cannot change it [the late goal]. We would have had defensive areas we need to work on if we’d won 3-2. We were the better team, we should have won."

There's been a bonanza of cash spent on players and a bonanza of goals. It's set pieces again for Liverpool, and you've got to get that balance right as a manager.
Of course, be organised but be detailed. Which type of manager are you?
The champions last year Chelsea had the best balance. Liverpool didn't have that, Arsenal looked rocky last night. Jurgen Klopp will be disappointed now and will be thinking how do we keep conceding from set pieces?

Former Liverpool players Jamie Carragher and Jamie Redknapp are at each others throats on Sky Sports, properly bickering over the goals the Reds conceded this season.
Oh, this is great TV.

Jurgen Klopp will be very unimpressed with the finish to this match. Liverpool were ahead still creating chances, and should have finished it.
But the Reds' defence was so slack, particularly from corners, and more worryingly several defenders seemed far from keen to actually head the ball.
The art of defending seems non-existent so far in the league this season.
Watford 3-3 Liverpool
"Unlucky", "offside" are the words used by Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp after that result.
No mention of, "I need a new defence" though.
Full quotes to come from the German.

Rae: Watford 3-3 Liverpool. Sorry Klopp, but that performance is simply sackable, no excuse saying you don't need more defenders.

They have got a point against Liverpool in a six-goal thriller.
Liverpool stepped up a gear in the second half, they missed a whole host of chances.
Watford's scrambling equaliser in extra time caused chaos for Liverpool to earn Marco Silva's side a hard-earned point.
Follow that everyone else!
The Premier League has kicked off with a real bang. Fantastic game here, Watford a little fortunate in that second half because Liverpool caused them so many problems.

Another Premier League thriller.
No dream debut for Mohamed Salah as Miguel Britos's injury-time goal denies Liverpool victory.
First job for Jurgen Klopp to do in the morning: Sign a defender or four.

Oh my!
Watford almost get the winner as Richarlison meets Nordin Amrabat's cross, but the Brazilian's header goes just wide.
He then has to take treatment from the physio after a knock to the head from Joel Matip's challenge.

Unbelievable, to score so late! I thought it was a poor delivery from the corner but Wijnaldum stooped and headed the ball really poorly. All he needed to do was get it clear.
Ultimately, it's Britos who stabs it home.
Miguel Britos
WATFORD LEVEL IN INJURY-TIME.
Liverpool fail to deal with Jose Holebas's corner, as Georginio Wijnaldum boots his clearances at Nordin Amrabat.
From a tight angle, the Dutchman shoots towards goal as the ball comes off Simon Mignolet's hand an onto the crossbar.
It falls onto the goalline for Miguel Britos who heads in.
Vicarage Road goes wild, Jurgen Klopp slumps into his seat.
Was it offside.

Jose Holebas puts in the free-kick which Younes Kaboul heads towards goal, but Simon Mignolet punches it away.
