Paul Pogba nearly gets in on the action as he charges into the box to chest down a chipped pass and swivel on to a shot that is blocked by a Hammers defender. Two goals will do to seal this game but a big finish won't hurt for some feelgood polish.

Javier Hernandez has barely had a kick on his return to Old Trafford, Joe Hart has been beaten twice and Marko Arnautovic has made minimal impact also.

There are clearly easier fixtures in the calendar but after such a substantial outlay, it looks as though Bilic could be one of the first Premier League managers to start feeling the heat this season.

He has been brilliant today, Paul Pogba. People might have questioned the price tag. Marcus Rashford's pace and Romelu Lukaku's power have meant Manchester United have been very good. West Ham have been poor. Chicharito has had no service whatsoever.
