Matt Smith
Could Cardiff's 100% start to the season be coming to an end?
The R's take the lead through Matt Smith's header from Luke Freeman's cross.
Lee Gregory
Winless Millwall have gone ahead at home to Norwich City, Lee Gregory slotting home from inside the area.
Ipswich 0-0 Fulham
The visitors, without a league win this season, have started well.
Sheyi Ojo comes close to a goal on his league debut for the London side but his shot is deflected wide.
Cardiff 0-0 QPR
Still no goals in Wales but the hosts have had the better of the opening exchanges as they look to secure a fifth successive league win.
Ipswich 0-0 Fulham
No early goal at Portman Road but a word for home forward David McGoldrick.
His wife is due to give birth today so the coaching staff have got his phone on the bench in case he gets a call.

Billy Sharp
And a first Championship goal of the day too!
Billy Sharp pounces on a poor clearance from the goalkeeper and does what he does best - score for Sheffield United.
Blackburn 1-0 MK Dons (Derrick Williams)
And we have our first goal in the EFL this afternoon and what an effort it is. A long-range strike from Derrick Williams and Blackburn Rovers are ahead against MK Dons in just two minutes.
Fun fact, it's a year to the day since Williams joined Blackburn from Bristol City. See, the more you know...
Cardiff 0-0 QPR
Both these teams were in EFL action on Tuesday but neither will have many excuses about being tired.
Between the two sides they've made 20 changes from the teams beaten by Burton and Brentford respectively.
We're under way in our nine Championship games and around the country.

The guys at BBC Radio Derby didn't have too far to go for today's game at Sheffield United.
In fact, getting to the ground probably didn't take them as long as getting to their commentary position did...

Bristol City 1-1 Aston Villa; Hull City 4-0 Bolton
There were two games in the Championship last night.
Aston Villa came back from a goal down to draw 1-1 at Bristol City thanks to Josh Onomah's deflected strike. The point ended a run of four successive away defeats in the league for Steve Bruce's men.
Hull City hammered winless Bolton 4-0 to secure their first victory in four games. A double from Jarrod Bowen and one each for Adama Diomande and Kamil Grosicki saw the hosts cruise to three points.
A heavy deflection helps Josh Onomah to his first Aston Villa goal which earns them a deserved point at Bristol City.
