Pablo Zabaleta pings in a cross from the right, both Javier Hernandez and Andy Carroll are there but the ball is hooked away by Mathias Jorgensen before Zabaleta steams in on Rajiv van la Parra in an effort to keep the attack alive and his rash challenge earns him a yellow card.

Could West Ham take off one of their three centre-backs and put Javier Hernandez in the centre instead of the wing?

They are getting a lot of joy in the way they’re playing. Hernandez isn’t at his best in a wide position. The amount of times Aaron Cresswell has crossed the ball in is ridiculous.

As a front two, they’d be working off each other more. But it’s too early to make that call. Huddersfield are a good side.

As the game goes on, I can see Slaven Bilic putting Hernandez up front.

Huddersfield try to sneak a goal before the break, however, as Tom Ince fires off a shot but it is blocked and the whistle goes for half time.

The 45 minutes are up and we're into the first of two minutes of stoppage time.

Not a classic by any means with Huddersfield trying to contain and frustrate West Ham.

It’s a bad decision from the referee. The ball is 60-40 in Philip Billing’s favour. There’s going to be a clash. He's turned his back to protect the ball. Yes he might have caught him with an arm, but I don’t know what’s happening to the game these days. He’s just trying to protect the ball.

I'm only talking about it because there's nothing else to talk about. It's a scrappy game. Huddersfield have given up who they are to contain West Ham.

A rare Huddersfield attack ends with Philip Billing catching Pablo Zabaleta with a stray elbow as the two challenge for the ball. There was no malice in it, but Kevin Friend shows the Huddersfield midfielder a yellow card.

Easiest 42 minutes Joe Hart has had all season. Huddersfield are rarely venturing outside their own half. Still, no goals conceded in the Premier League so far...

Meanwhile, Steve Mounie gets caught by Winston Reid's high boot and needs a bit of treatment, but he's good to carry on.

The more you allow crosses to come in, one of them will drop at some stage. Cheikhou Kouyate has got to get more purchase on that ball and get it on target.

But the ball doesn't stay away from the Huddersfield box for long as Huddersfield defender Mathias Jorgensen heads a cross down to Cheikhou Kouyate, 12 yards out and unmarked, but he mishits his shot and the ball bounces well wide.

Christopher Schindler flicks Aaron Cresswell's corner away from danger and Huddersfield can breathe easy again.

Michail Antonio - best player on the pitch so far - races along the edge of the area before letting fly with a shot than deflects off Aaron Mooy and behind for another West Ham corner.

Huddersfield are in absolutely no rush to work an attack when they have the ball. They instead pass it in triangles around the half-way line.

The Terriers got a lot of late winners on their way to promotion from the Championship last season. It looks like they may be relying on their fitness to help them to snatch a result here as well.
