  1. 'Bournemouth are struggling'published at 20 mins

    Newcastle United 0-0 Bournemouth

    Chris Waddle
Ex-Newcastle winger at St James' Park for 5 live Sport

You can see why Bournemouth are second bottom. They don't close the ball down, they allow the opposition to do just what they want with it. That goal just then was disallowed, but it just highlights how the Cherries need to be more competitive.

  2. Postpublished at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Huddersfield 0-0 West Brom

Tom Ince hits an effort hard and low from outside the box but Ben Foster gets down well to make the save.

No goals yet this season for Ince, but it's not for the want of trying. He's had 24 efforts on goal, 13 more than any other Huddersfield player.

  3. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Newcastle 0-0 Bournemouth

A proper old-school late sliding tackle from Andrew Surman, the ball was well gone. Booked.

Bournemouth well off the pace at the moment.

  4. Postpublished at 15:18 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Swansea 0-0 Brighton

Still no goals but signs of life at all of our games. In Swansea the visitors look a threat on the break but haven't crafted anything clear cut yet.

  5. Postpublished at 15:18 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Southampton 0-0 Burnley

Now it's Burnley trying to find a way through but lots of red and white shirts in the Southampton area. Both sides have strong defences, don't expect too many goals.

  6. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 15:16 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Huddersfield 0-0 West Brom

Loose ball inside the area, Kieran Gibbs stretches out a boot as Rajiv van la Parra attempts to pounce on it and the Huddersfield winger falls, rather theatrically. Van La Parra wants a penalty, but there was nothing in it in my view. The referee agrees.

  7. 'It's an uphill battle for them'published at 15:16 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Southampton 0-0 Burnley

    Mark Schwarzer
Ex-Chelsea & Leicester keeper on Final Score

I think Burnley are playing their way. They have a really poor record at St.Mary's, I think they've won one in their last 16 and Sean Dyche has never won there. It's an uphill battle for them.

  8. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 15:16 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Newcastle 0-0 Bournemouth

Newcastle are all over the Cherries! Matt Ritchie curls a 25-yarder against the post and Dwight Gayle does what Dwight Gayle does and puts the rebound away.

The flag is up though! Gayle was level for my money...

  9. Postpublished at 15:14 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Huddersfield 0-0 West Brom

Huddersfield fans have been loving life in the Premier League and the noise they make is becoming a feature of pre and post-match comments by opposing managers. Once again they are making quite the din as Rajiv van la Parra blazes an effort over from 25 yards.

There are signs the home side are just starting to take control of the game.

  10. 'Bournemouth look very fragile'published at 13 mins

    Newcastle United 0-0 Bournemouth

    Chris Waddle
Ex-Newcastle winger at St James' Park for 5 live Sport

Newcastle have started well here, and they are so well organised. You can see how they nick points off teams and why they are in mid-table.

Bournemouth haven't yet picked up a single second ball and to be honest look very fragile.

  11. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:14 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Newcastle 0-0 Bournemouth

Two good saves already for Asmir Begovic, who pushes away a rasping drive from Christian Atsu. Entertaining game so far, just needs a goal.

  12. CLOSE!published at 15:13 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Newcastle 0-0 Bournemouth

Should be 1-0! Matt Ritchie stands up a fine cross, Dwight Gayle is there back post but he gets his angles wrong and can only head into the chest of Steve Cook!

Good block, but Gayle should have buried that.

  13. Postpublished at 15:12 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Southampton 0-0 Burnley

Half a chance for Burnley as the Saints lose possession inside their own half and Johann Berg Gudmundsson fancies a pop from distance. Well wide.

  14. ouch!

Postpublished at 15:12 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Swansea 0-0 Brighton

Swans keeper Lukasz Fabianski has to be alert to tip over an inswinging cross but as he does he clatters into the post. Right in the small of the back. He's able to continue but that must have hurt.

  15. 'Huddersfield are an excellently balanced side'published at 15:12 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Huddersfield 0-0 West Brom

    Mark Schwarzer
Ex-Chelsea & Leicester keeper on Final Score

Huddersfield have impressed me, especially right at the start of the season. Their performance against Manchester United was obviously excellent, and it's clear they have a brilliant manager. They have an excellently balanced side.

  16. Postpublished at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Newcastle 0-0 Bournemouth

Newcastle may be playing one fewer man in midfield than usual today, with Dwight Gayle partnering Joselu up front, but they are still bossing the play so far. Jonjo Shelvey and Isaac Hayden are on top.

  17. Postpublished at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Huddersfield 0-0 West Brom

Another early corner for the visitors as Christopher Schindler prevents Hal Robson-Kanu getting a cross in. The ball is sent straight to Terriers keeper Jonas Lossl, who sets Jonathan Hogg away on the counter and the hosts win their first corner, but it comes to nothing.

Quite open at the moment. Neither side looking stronger than the other.

  18. Postpublished at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Swansea 0-0 Brighton

Good hold-up play from the new England man Tammy Abraham leads to a good break and Shane Duffy does really well to cut out a dangerous low cross. Good attack from the Swans.

  19. Postpublished at 15:06 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Southampton 0-0 Burnley

It's the home side who are dictating the early play but once again that Burnley defence is looking strong and disciplined. Going to be a tough nut for the Saints to crack.

  20. CLOSE!published at 15:06 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2017

    Newcastle 0-0 Bournemouth

Strike! What a hit from Matt Ritchie, unleashing one from 25 yards with his left foot, it's swerving into the top corner but Asmir Begovic actually made a very good save. That all came after good work from Dwight Gayle out on the right wing.
