Cracking game this! Leicester go close at a corner as Wes Morgan's looping header is nodded off the line and Spurs counter at pace, Danny Rose beating his man to get into the area and cut the ball back - Morgan was there to tidy up.

Bristol Rovers and Wycombe have a bit of hatred between them. There was a game dubiously called off by the Wycombe safety officer when Rovers led 3-1, then the following year Wycombe relegating the Gas, who subsequently appealed against a Wycombe law break in a desperate bid to survive. A real mess, but great for atmospheres now!

Bright, open game at the King Power. Mousa Dembele does what he does, turning where there is no space and keeping the ball when he has no right to but a lengthy passing move ends with Danny Rose's cross being cut out.

The Tottenham fans - Charlie Adam rivalry. Ever since he made those dirty challenges on Gareth Bale he has always been booed by Spurs fans when given the chance.

Leicester have started really well. Midfielder Wilfred Ndidi shoots from 25 yards, left-footed and low but always within the grasp of Hugo Lloris.

    Brighton 0-0 Crystal Palace

Brighton seeing all of the early ball, Palace won't mind that as they look to utilise Wilfried Zaha on the break. There goes Zaha, skinning down the left and putting in a cross which is hacked clear.

The Amex is absolutely bouncing. You could hardly hear the Palace team news over the PA system for boos from the home supporters.

A warm embrace between the two managers ahead of kick off though. Perhaps the friendliest embrace you'll see all evening....

Spurs start with a very high line and Jamei Vardy is quite quick, don't you know.

The Leicester striker is clipped in over the top but fair play to Hugo Lloris, he's read that and sweeps away first time. His breath is billowing out in the cold air.

Ray O'Brien: Neil Warnock has had a rivalry with Bristol City for years now. Since his Palace side were denied a clear goal at Ashton Gate in 2009, he's returned there with numerous teams and it's always fiery. City fans love winding him up, which is an easy task with him.

Neil Warnock's rivals is a whole other topic...

Both sets of fans do love Glenn Murray. Brighton may have had doubts when they re-signed him. Like a fine wine he has come better with age. If he scores tonight I think he will celebrate in front of the Brighton fans - not theirs.

Some young Brighton fans are already getting derby day fever. They're going nuts down on the touchline as the teams prepare themselves to come out.

  17. Name change soar point for Eaglespublished at 19:34 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2017

Brighton v Crystal Palace (19:45 GMT)

Another bizarre factor in the unusual rivalry between the two teams relates to a change in nickname by Brighton which irked the Palace fans.

Brighton changed their moniker from 'Dolphins' to 'Seagulls' in 1977, which did not go down well in south London.

The Brighton fans had first chanted 'Seagulls' on the terraces in response to Palace's shouts of 'Eagles' during matches against each other in the 1975-76 season when both sides were fighting for promotion from Division Three.

Scott Jackson: The random Leicester - Tottenham rivalry because of how convinced/smug Spurs fans were they would win the title. Followed by them saying it was just a fluke!

John: Watford - Bournemouth. Started because whenever Bournemouth played Watford they got ridiculous refereeing decisions, like Angella's red card ( which was rescinded) after 45 seconds, or constantly cheating to win free kicks, etc.

5 live did some vox pops outside The Hawthorns asking fans what they thought of Alan Pardew being lined up for the Albion job.

I'll be kind and say the reaction was mixed. One chap said he'd rather stick with Gary Megson while one fan rather fancifully hopes for Sean Dyche...

    Joe Kinnear

Plymouth Argyle fans are not keen on Joe Kinnear, which stems back to some comments he made when Luton boss along the lines of: 'if it had been Plymouth - I'd have played the youth team'.
