    Huddersfield 0-0 Burnley

A familiar face comes onto the pitch at the John Smith's Stadium as striker Nahki Wells, who left Huddersfield to join Burnley in the summer, comes on.

A few boos but also applause from the Huddersfield fans. Ashley Barnes makes way.

Agada: This Egyptian magician called Mo Salah, I just don't know how to describe him.

Lee Jackson: I think Liverpool should be up on charges of daylight robbery. Mo Salah, what a player.

Robin: Is that Messi in Mo Salah's mask? He's just too good!

  4. Salah could've had more goalspublished at 16:36 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Liverpool 2-1 Leicester

    BBC Radio 5 live

Former Leicester City defender & Leeds manager Simon Grayson: "He's had many chances and he could've have had more tonight from the five or six he's had. Maguire was tight to him and Salah shrugged him off and showed great strength and composure to get his second. He's been brilliant ever since he joined this football club."

    Liverpool 2-1 Leicester

That's 24 goals this season for club and country for Mohamed Salah. Superb.

He missed a few chances in the first half, one of which was a sitter, but he's proving the difference once again.

Drinkwater has had a cracking game today. Bakayoko has been nothing short of mediocre this season, hopefully having Drinkwater as competition in midfield will improve his game.

Josh Verills: Mark Hughes has lost the players and will be soon losing the job. To leave their best player on the bench, in Shaqiri, for Chelsea away shows his head is not where it should be. To have fans who have travelled all that way, leaving after 25 minutes is an embarrassment.

  9. Willian - one of Chelsea's bestpublished at 16:33 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Chelsea 4-0 Stoke City

    Matthew Upson
Former England defender on Final Score

I think Willian's been one of Chelsea's best today - but seeing Eden Hazard drop to the bench today - to be able to bring in Willian and Pedro is pretty good.

Willian deserves to be in the starting XI every week, but it's difficult for Antonio Conte with all the options he has in attack.

GOAL - Liverpool 2-1 Leicesterpublished at 16:32 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Mohamed Salah (76 mins)

    That man AGAIN.

Harry Maguire has been excellent all afternoon but he gets this one wrong. James Milner backheels a touch into Mohamed Salah, Maguire is touch tight and once Salah rolls the England man he can't do anything.

Salah is in on goal and sweeps home left footed, Kop end. Clinical.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:32 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Huddersfield 0-0 Burnley

Sam Vokes replaces Jeff Hendrick for the final quarter of an hour for Burnley. A big presence for Huddersfield to deal with but the Terriers are enjoying a better spell now.

A tense final few minutes ahead in this game.

  12. Postpublished at 16:32 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

Swansea have offered very little but they are still in the game as we enter the closing stages. Can they make Watford pay?

Lifa Nati: Morata has a way better touch than most Chelsea strikers in recent times but his finishing still need a lot of work.

Karlos Harrison: I still say Sturridge is an asset for Liverpool in these situations. He's a natural goalscorer.

  19. Postpublished at 16:28 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Chelsea 3-0 Stoke

Willian goes at it alone as he skips his way past a couple of Stoke defenders to open up a shooting chance but his low strike is straight at Jack Butland.

Fifteen shots in this game for Chelsea, compared to one for Stoke.
