  1. The Kop is roaringpublished at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Liverpool 1-1 Leicester

    BBC Radio 5 live

Former Leicester defender & Leeds manager Simon Grayson: "Great move again from Liverpool. Mane played a timely ball through to Salah and he showed great composure to finish the move. The Kop at Anfield is roaring now."

  2. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Liverpool 1-1 Leicester

Emre Can and Harry Magurie were both booked in the aftermath of the equaliser after Magurie did that stupid thing of holding on to the ball in the net...

Niall Hughes: Why, oh why did Big Sam pick three holding midfielders? He cries about lack of creativity and goals but it all relies on his team selection. Vlasic, Lookman and Mirallas are all out of the squad. Fans won't tolerate this for much longer despite being undefeated.

  4. CLOSE!published at 16:08 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Chelsea 3-0 Stoke

Although Stoke haven't given up just yet as Saido Berahino goes through on goal... but shoots straight at the keeper. Disappointing.

  5. goal

GOAL - Liverpool 1-1 Leicesterpublished at 16:08 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Mohamed Salah (52 mins)

It had been coming - and it's another well taken goal from Mohamed Salah! Sadio Mane backheels the ball into his path, and the Egypt man has plenty to do. Great composure to hold off one challenge, sidestep another defender inside the area and then smash through the legs of Kasper Schmeichel.

  6. Postpublished at 16:08 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Chelsea 3-0 Stoke

Slow start to the second half at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea have a big game at Arsenal coming up in a couple of days and have perhaps been told to slow down the tempo, with victory as good as in the bag.

  7. Postpublished at 16:07 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Watford 1-0 Swansea

Another Watford chance from the boot of Richarlison - his low cross is a beauty across the six-yard line but Stefano Okaka can't reach it...

  8. Postpublished at 16:06 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Bournemouth 1-0 Everton

Wayne Rooney is straight into the action as he has a shot well saved - but he was well offside in fact. Too eager.

  9. Postpublished at 16:05 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Newcastle 0-0 Brighton

    BIG CHANCE.

Newcastle start the second half with a couple of corners - their first and second of the game - and the latter falls to Isaac Hayden on the edge of the area. He hits a weak effort at goal but it takes a big deflection and Mat Ryan does well to react quickly, turn direction and push behind.

Closest we've come to a goal in this game.

  10. Postpublished at 16:04 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Liverpool 0-1 Leicester

Liverpool had 12 shots in that first half but couldn't find a way through. It was a very open and entertaining half for the neutral. The hosts start in similar fashion as they win a very early corner but it comes to nothing.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:02 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Huddersfield 0-0 Burnley

A change for the second half by Huddersfield boss David Wagner. Fullback Tommy Smith is on for Flo Hadergjonaj.

Hadergjonaj played reasonably well in the first half, but took a knock in a challenge with Scott Arfield, so may be enforced rather than tactical.

Tom: I'm sure Emre Can deliver the goods in the second half.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:01 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Bournemouth 1-0 Everton

A half-time change for Everton - Wayne Rooney is on to replace James McCarthy.

Arsenal could go above Liverpool tomorrow if the score stays as it is - the Gunners head to West Brom.

  17. Liverpool shouldn't be too disappointedpublished at 15:51 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Liverpool 0-1 Leicester

    BBC Radio 5 live

Former Leicester defender & Leeds manager Simon Grayson: "I don't think Liverpool can be too disappointed with that half. Their chances have mainly come through Mo Salah and Kasper Schmeichel has made a few saves but Leicester have held their lead very well."

Plenty of criticism for Liverpool's no. 23 today...

Lee Jackson: Let me drive him to Turin. Can is vastly overrated.

Kolo: Emre Can's brain is already at Juventus.

  19. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 30 December 2017

    Chelsea 3-0 Stoke

A casual afternoon stroll for Chelsea.

Stoke fans would be forgiven for thinking about getting a head start up the M1.

At least the Stoke fans can get away early to get to Ally Pally to see Phil Taylor later - don't think any of them will be choosing Mark Hughes as their fancy dress outfit!
