Sandy Cochrane: Sorry to say it but this is embarrassing. Roberts is useless. Brown no better. ONLY boomerang balls being bashed out of the box.

Leigh Brown: Best chance they have of not losing is a floodlight failure.

ScMid: Saving themselves for the big one this weekend against Hibs.

They’re making a couple of chances since the fresh legs have come on. You’ve got to give them real credit for that. Rogic has made a difference.

  4. CLOSE!published at 77 mins

    Bayern Munich 3-0 Celtic

Arjen Robben surges into the danger area from the right and Craig Gordon is brave, blocking at the Bayern winger's feet to concede a corner. From the resulting delivery, Mat Hummels goes close to another headed goal, arriving at the back-post but knocking the ball just wide.

A big opening for Scott Sinclair to get one back but he can only smash a shot straight at Sven Ulreich, who did well to close the angle from close range. The keeper then dives to push away a stinging follow-up from Tom Rogic.

  6. GREAT SAVE!published at 73 mins

    Bayern Munich 3-0 Celtic

Arjen Robben has a lot of time to pick his spot as Celtic are opened up by a smart Arturo Vidal pass. The crowd expect the Dutchman to curl one into the far corner but he doesn't execute with his usual ruthlessness and Craig Gordon gets a hand to it.

  7. 'Celtic not used to this'published at 21:15 British Summer Time 18 October 2017

They’re not used to having to run around and staying together as a defensive unit. Normally they’re on the ball and this is really, really hard. I’m looking at Ntcham, I’m looking at Brown, they’re really on their knees. They can’t get into good positions defensively and it allows Bayern Munich just to cut them up.

  8. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 70 mins

Now Kieran Tierney has a go with a powerful, swerving shot from 25 yards. The keeper gets fingertips to it and the ball crashes against the post.

    Bayern Munich 3-0 Celtic

A nice touch and pass from Tom Rogic finds Kieran Tierney in space down the left and it needs a stretching interception to prevent Moussa Dembele connecting with the left-back's low cross in front of goal.

Thiago has strolled through this game in central midfield and now he's replaced by the human dynamo that is Arturo Vidal. He's not one for taking it easy, even at 3-0 up and cruising.

Archie McLean: As a St Johnstone fan I’m behind our European representatives. Great achievement getting to the group stages and competing against Europe’s elite.

John Bradshaw: A little perspective Bhoys & Ghirls. Bayern are 5 time defending German champs - by a collective 79 points!

Peter Keys: That's it lads, lure them into a false sense of security with a 3-0 lead, then throw on Rogic & Dembele for a 4 goal firestorm

Arjen Robben works a neat one-two with Thiago before skidding the ball across the six-yard box. Craig Gordon does well to gather under pressure and, soon after, the busy Celtic keeper does well to beat away another dangerous delivery.

Mick McCristall: Nothing funny about it, bad for Scottish football.

Andru Blakk: It's exactly what I expected. We've been poor on the ball but we're playing one of the best teams in Europe. I'm not overly disappointed with our performance so far but it still has the potential to turn really ugly very quickly too.

Daniel Hughes: To be honest realistically it was always going to be a long night for us against Bayern.
