    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Cristiano Ronaldo gets the ball 16 yards out, just as I wonder if we'll ever get a goal. Wide. He only has one league goal this season.

  2. Postpublished at 21:19 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Toni Kroos' cross lands on the roof of the net. This has 0-0 written all over it. zzzzzzzzzzzzz

  3. goal

GOAL - Napoli 2-0 AC Milanpublished at 21:17 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Piotr Zielinski

It's the substitute! Piotr Zielinski races on to Dries Merten's ball over the top and drives through Gianluigi Donnarumma's legs. A really tidy finish.

That should be that you feel, for Napoli. Surely there's no way Milan can work their way back into this.

Napoli are going four points clear at the top - until Juventus play tomorrow at least.

  4. Postpublished at 21:17 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 1-0 AC Milan

Hmmm, this has just got weird. Leonardo Bonucci tries to lob Pepe Reina from his own half.

    Not a good look.

  5. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:15 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Down you go. Luka Modric is just starting a Real counter attack and Koke slides him down. As straightforward a yellow card decision as you'll see.

  6. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:15 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 1-0 AC Milan

Every black Napoli shirt back in their own half now as Milan continue with a good spell of possession. The away side are coming into this a bit more.

Another change for Napoli. Marek Hamsik comes off now and Piotr Zielinski takes his place in the midfield.

  7. Postpublished at 21:11 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Real defender Raphael Varane went down holding his back after a three-man collision, but he looks OK to continue. The camera panned across to Sergio Ramos, who is still holding his nose on the bench.

  8. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:11 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 1-0 AC Milan

Superb defending from Elseid Hysaj, doubling up with forward Dries Mertens to shut out Giacomo Bonaventura down the Milan left wing. Just when there looked to be space opening up - and the away side had men over - the pair pounced and won the ball back.

Changes. Mario Rui is off for Napoli, with Christian Maggio replacing him at wing-back.

  9. Postpublished at 21:10 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Atletico are on top at the moment but we've still only had one shot on target in the 65 minutes so far.

  10. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:08 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Luka Modric bursts forward for Real and Saul has to haul him back. Yellow card.

  11. Postpublished at 21:08 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 1-0 AC Milan

AC Milan continue to stutter. Manuel Locatelli skews a poor shot wide.

With half an hour to play, one goal may not be enough for Napoli, but I wouldn't be too worried by what the away side are coughing up.

  12. Postpublished at 21:07 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Angel Correa gets free in the box and whips a pass across the six-yard box but there's nobody there. Where is Antoine Griezmann? What's going on with him at the moment? Has he caught whatever Fernando Torres had?

  13. Postpublished at 21:06 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 1-0 AC Milan

By one of the Napoli corner flags, there is a giant bag of pasta - I mean enormous tubes - that's sitting on a huge wooden palette, the kind you might expect to see coming off a 19th century cargo ship.

    Why is that?

  14. Postpublished at 21:04 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Atletico break at pace but then Antoine Griezmann slows things down while considering his options and Real get a load of defenders back. A waste.

  15. Postpublished at 21:01 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Saul shoots over from distance for Atletico. I've just remembered Antoine Griezmann is playing - he's been fairly isolated.

  16. Postpublished at 21:01 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 1-0 AC Milan

Terrible from Andre Silva, who takes an age to spot the run of his striker partner Nikola Kalinic, and when he does decide to pass can only shovel a wayward lift up and out of play.

Not much in the way of signs favouring Milan here.

  17. Postpublished at 21:00 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Dani Carvjal and Atletico defender Diego Godin are involved in a battle for the ball, and eventually the Real Madrid man commits a foul just as he's about to break into the box.

  18. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 20:58 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Atletico Madrid make a change as attacking midfielder Yannick Carrasco replaces Thomas Partey.

  19. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:56 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 1-0 AC Milan

I don't think I've seen many sides with this much speed up front. Napoli really are scary.

Marek Hamsik is a change of pace but so dangerous with that left boot - he forces Donnarumma into yet another good save, down low and to his left he drops to deny a dipping shot.

  20. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:54 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 1-0 AC Milan

Dries Mertens and Lorenzo Insigne combine brilliantly as the pair chase a through ball from the Napoli midfield.

Mertens is clear of the last man, just Gianluigi Donnarumma to beat, but he blasts straight at the Milan keeper. Either side of him and that's a goal, surely.
