    Napoli 1-0 AC Milan

So Napoli lead! It feels strange seeing a goal given like that. Doubt that the home fans and players will care though.

This looks a tough ask for Milan to come back from this. They've not threatened at all. And Napoli are in the mood for more. They absolutely love scoring.

  2. Postpublished at 20:23 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Sergio Ramos almost puts Real Madrid ahead and he's injured in the process. Casemiro plays a ball the box and Lucas Hernandez basically volleys Ramos into the face as the Real captain heads wide.

He has a busted nose and he's getting treatment.

  3. Postpublished at 20:21 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Cristiano Ronaldo hits a low, bouncing 35-yard free-kick which Jan Oblak tips wide. The first shot on target today.

  4. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:21 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Atletico defender Stefan Savic dives in to bring Toni Kroos down. Second booking of the game.

  5. goal

GOAL - Napoli 1-0 AC Milanpublished at 20:20 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Lorenzo Insigne

    It's been given!

You have to say it's the right outcome - Insigne looked to be played onside.

His finish was masterful. Composure 20.

  6. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 20:20 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 0-0 AC Milan

Lorenzo Insigne is played through on goal, he has time to pick his spot - ages - and arcs a fine shot past Donnarumma.

But the flag is up! My word that is late. On the replay it looks like the wrong decision.

Hang on. The referee is going to his video assistant...

Sho Rahman: The transformation of Partey is incredible. Unrecognisable from last year. Simeone works his magic once again.

  8. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:18 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 0-0 AC Milan

Another fine parry from Gianluigi Donnarumma to deflect Mark Hamsik's cross-shot to safety, brilliant reflexes and strong hands.

Hamsik then collects a cut-back from Lorenzo Insigne just outside the box, but he drives straight at the Milan keeper. He's been busy.

  9. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 20:18 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Real Madrid have had their best opportunity of the game. Toni Kroos plays a one-two with Cristiano Ronaldo, and he's caught by Diego Godin as he scoops the ball wide.

The German wants a penalty. But he doesn't get one. Not sure Godin got a touch of the ball there...

  10. Postpublished at 20:15 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Neither keeper has had to make a save in the opening 30 minutes. Atletico have had the better chances though.

  11. CHANCE!published at 20:15 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 0-0 AC Milan

Tidy quick passing from Napoli on the edge of the box opens up a chance for Allan to strike at goal from the edge of the box, but the midfielder's shot is weak, it trickles into Donnarumma's young gloves.

  12. Postpublished at 20:12 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 0-0 AC Milan

A better spell from the visitors now, AC Milan managing to work some of the sting out of Napoli's high press.

Franck Kessie drives on from midfield, Suso cuts in from the right wing, and then hammers a left-footed shot into row oblivion.

  13. Postpublished at 20:11 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Marcelo plays the ball straight to Antoine Griezmann (again). Maybe in better form the Atletico striker goes for goal but he holds onto it too long and the chance is gone.

Moments later Gabi fizzes a 20-yard volley well wide.

  14. Postpublished at 20:09 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 0-0 AC Milan

Dangerous cross from left wing-back Mario Rui again - he's looked really bright, the Portuguese on loan from Roma.

Jose Callejon threatens to meet it but Gianluigi Donnarumma - who at 18 might well have what, 20 years ahead of him as Italy's keeper? - comes out to claim.

  15. Postpublished at 20:09 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Karim Benzema tries to play a one-two with Marcelo but the Brazilian's return ball over the top is too far away from the Frenchman.

A Benzema-Cristiano Ronaldo frontline isn't the quickest in the world in 2017 in all honesty.

  16. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:07 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Real Madrid right-back Dani Carvajal catches Lucas Hernandez late. And we have the first booking of this Madrid derby.

  17. Postpublished at 20:05 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 0-0 AC Milan

Free-kick Napoli. Central. Franck Kessie slammed into Marek Hamsik.

Dries Mertens reckons it's in range and lines it up...

Oooh a dinky chip over the wall but just out of reach to meet Lorenzo Insigne's clever run.

  18. Postpublished at 20:05 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

It's all kicking off as Karim Benzema is fouled by Juanfran - and then Angel Correa kicks the ball straight at Benzema's head on the ground. Shady play. Nobody booked though.

  19. Postpublished at 20:04 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Atletico Madrid 0-0 Real Madrid

Juanfran plays an early cross and Antoine Griezmann turns it wide, via his France team-mate Raphael Varane. He wants a corner, but the referee saw it differently.

  20. Postpublished at 20:03 Greenwich Mean Time 18 November 2017

    Napoli 0-0 AC Milan

Leanardo Bonucci gets a big hand-slap from team-mate Fabio Borini after timing a risky sliding challenge on Dries Mertens to perfection.

Mertens took the ball down in the box brilliantly, but Italy defender Bonucci steamed through with a proper tackle.
