  1. goal

GOAL Paris St-Germain 3-1 Celticpublished at 28 mins

    Edinson Cavani

The floodgates are well and truly open. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea for Celtic to score so early.

The visitors are really buckling now as Neymar and Kylian Mbappe both go for the same high ball in the penalty area. It hits the shoulder of the Brazilian and falls for Edinson Cavani to rattle home from right in front of goal.

  2. 'PSG feeding off Celtic errors'published at 20:12 Greenwich Mean Time 22 November 2017

    Paris St-Germain 2-1 Celtic

    Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

"It’s brilliant play by Neymar, one-twos around the edge of the box. He gets to almost the same angle as his first goal, and he hits it so quickly across the goalkeeper that I don’t think Craig Gordon had any chance.

"But again, it goes back to giving the ball away, they’ve got possession in front of Celtic’s box and they play that little combination play.

"Every single chance PSG have had in this game has come from Celtic giving the ball away in their own half. I know it's easy looking from up here, but they're professional players, they must realise that if they give the ball away in those situations, a team of this quality will hurt them."

  3. goal

GOAL Paris St-Germain 2-1 Celticpublished at 23 mins

    Neymar

He's done it again. Neymar plays a smart one-two with Marco Verratti on the edge of the Celtic penalty area and slots a sweet strike into the same corner of the net. Nothing Craig Gordon could do about that one. A perfect finish.

That's seven goals for Neymar in six Champions League outings against Celtic - and counting...

    Paris St-Germain 1-1 Celtic

Celtic get good numbers forward again and this time Olivier Ntcham flashes a shot wide from 25 yards or so.

  5. Postpublished at 19 mins

    Paris St-Germain 1-1 Celtic

Kylian Mbappe drifts behind the Celtic defence far too easily as he latches on to a long ball over the top from Dani Alves. The striker hits it first time as it drops over his shoulder and it flies over the top - not by much.

  6. 'Lustig a big loss for Celtic'published at 20:06 Greenwich Mean Time 22 November 2017

    Paris St-Germain 1-1 Celtic

    Alasdair Lamont
    BBC Sport Scotland in Paris

Mikael Lustig seemed to injure himself trying to retrieve a wayward Scott Brown pass. Nir Bitton looks to have slotted in at right back. Is that a first for him? He’s done pretty well this season at centre-back but playing full-back is another thing entirely - especially against Neymar!

    Paris St-Germain 1-1 Celtic

It's wide open as Callum McGregor and Moussa Dembele combine well on the left, the former's cross is spilled by Alphonse Areola. Neither goalkeeper covering themselves in glory so far.

  8. Postpublished at 12 mins

    Paris St-Germain 1-1 Celtic

Uh-oh. Celtic will need to make an early defensive change as Mikael Lustig pulls up. Nir Bitton is the man coming on. The lanky midfielder has been filling in at centre half for most of the season, so it shouldn't be too much of a disruption.

  9. Gordon 'beaten easily'published at 19:58 Greenwich Mean Time 22 November 2017

    Paris St-Germain 1-1 Celtic

    Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

"I thought Neymar beat Craig Gordon quite easily. It was quite a tight angle and I thought Craig might have got a foot to that ball or come out towards him and killed the space."

  10. goal

GOAL Paris St-Germain 1-1 Celticpublished at 9 mins

    Neymar

Oh well, that didn't last long. Adrien Rabiot shrugs off Scott Brown and strides forward to release Neymar. The Brazilian is too quick for Mikael Lustig and arrows a low shot across Craig Gordon into the far corner.

Not the best footwork from the Scotland keeper....

  13. 'What was Alves thinking?'published at 19:52 Greenwich Mean Time 22 November 2017

    Paris St-Germain 0-1 Celtic

    Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

"What a magnificent goal, straight off the training pitch, similar to the goal they scored against Kilmarnock.

"I don’t know what Dani Alves was thinking - it was almost as if he wasn’t bothered, he didn’t look up, it went out for a corner and Celtic got their goal.

"Celtic are going about their business, pressing PSG higher up the pitch than they did at Parkhead, and it’s worked to a point. It gives them something to hang onto now."

  15. goal

GOAL Paris St-Germain 0-1 Celticpublished at 2 mins

    Moussa Dembele

A shocking pass from Dani Alves gifts Celtic a corner and the visitors take full advantage. Olivier Ntcham drills it in low and Moussa Dembele powers on to it first time, with his rising shot too hot for Alphonse Areola to handle.

With three defeats in four outings, Celtic cannot reach the last 16, so it's all about staying third in the group and dropping into the Europa League.

Celtic brushed Anderlecht aside in Brussels and the Belgians, with a shocking goal difference, are yet to pick up a point.

Anderlecht host Bayern Munich tonight before visiting Celtic Park on 5 December.

    Parist St-Germain v Celtic (19:45)

    Scott McDonald
Former Celtic striker on BBC Radio Scotland

"It’s going to be big a question of Tom in terms of how he does the dirty side of the game. If I'm being harsh, it was his runner that scored the winning goal against Bayern Munich.

"He needs a big performance – at this level, can he do the dirty stuff of the game as well as the good stuff that we all see and love when he gets on the ball, carries it and bring Celtic up the pitch?

"He’s going to have to do that as well, otherwise Moussa Dembele is going to be a lost figure up there like he was against Bayern Munich a lot of the time."
