Oliver Burke is on, Chris Brunt has not come back out.
Chelsea 1-0 West Brom
Our Opta monitor shows us that in terms of territory, that opening half was fairly equal. Chelsea though made the better decisions when in the final third, of that there is no doubt.
Hazard's goal pretty much sums up the difference in quality. It's hard to imagine anyone in the West Brom team producing such a moment. His clever pass into Olivier Giroud was complimented by the way he instantly offered himself as an option before sweeping the ball home.

Daniel Sturridge is cursed. He so desperately wants this to work. It was so painful to see the pain etched on his face - the physical and emotional pain. It's really distressing for him.
Chelsea 1-0 West Brom
If you are just tuning in you may have missed the fact that West Brom's January loan signing Daniel Sturridge lasted just three minutes tonight.
The injury-plagued striker went down under an innocuous challenge after having just one touch of the ball.
It could be a key moment in West Brom's fight against the drop.

That moment of brilliance from Eden Hazard is the difference between the teams. Chelsea have grown into this half and are deservedly in front.
Giroud will feel he should have scored with a good chance from eight yards. I've always been an admirer of Giroud, he's a good focal point. His touch allowed Hazard to not break stride for the goal.

I may take this picture to the barbers in the morning and ask to replicate the look.
"I'll have a number one on the sides please chief, then cover it in bandage and leave things long on top. If it's good enough for Olivier Giroud then sign me up."
Chelsea 1-0 West Brom
West Brom were in that game for maybe 25 minutes or so but they go to the break without a shot on target. Chelsea have grown into it well without ever threatening to blow the visitors away.
Chelsea 1-0 West Brom
Olivier Giroud walks off the pitch with a hobble. He will need half-time to shake these blows off and there my friends is the whistle.
Chelsea 1-0 West Brom
Jonny Evans leaves a bit on Olivier Giroud near the half way line. Very much one of those Sunday league tackles where a defender goes through the back of his man.
Giroud is in the wars here.
Chelsea 1-0 West Brom
Salomon Rondon feels good about life some 30 yards out. He hits one with the left peg and ends up about 20 yards off target. Good on you Salomon, got to buy a ticket to win the raffle son.
Chelsea 1-0 West Brom
Nice stuff from Chelsea. Eden Hazard hurdles a challenge on the left flank and slides the ball wide right to Pedro. He weaves his way past his man and digs a cross out, allowing Olivier Giroud to head wide. He didn't get much on it but it was half an opening.
Chelsea 1-0 West Brom
Chelsea have knocked the stuffing out of West Brom a little here and Ahmed Hegazi can only pass a ball out into touch when under a little pressure. Chelsea work the ball back in order to come forward. Pedro on the left flank, Antonio Rudiger is on it - he's the most accurate player in the home side so far with around 96% completion.
The home side win a free-kick on halfway. You get the sense they are in third gear at the moment and are more than happy to stay there for a while.
Chelsea 1-0 West Brom
Chelsea are now playing the game in the West Brom half. Eden Hazard switches the play to Cesar Azpilicueta. He finds Davide Zappacosta who hits one from 30 yards. It's low, it's bouncing a bit and it's held.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte's name has been ringing around Stamford Bridge on several occasions and he was happy to acknowledge the support.
The Italian remains a popular figure with Chelsea fans - but those supporters also know owner Roman Abramovich has a history of making hard-headed managerial decisions without sentiment or seeking the popular option.
Chelsea 1-0 West Brom
I hear what Chris Sutton is saying but Olivier Giroud has not quite found this level of gladiatorial spirit, despite his head bandage.

Giroud has got the Terry Butcher look.
Chelsea 1-0 West Brom
Now some of you may have read my examination of the Olivier Giroud quiff earlier. Well this will surely ruffle the work of art.
He's hunting a headed chance in the box but ends up on the deck after tussling with his marker.
Ahmed Hegazi has his eye on the ball and doesn't mean to boot the Frenchman on the back of the head but does. As Giroud was on the floor, the underneath of Hegazi's boot caught him. That will hurt on a cold night and a head bandage is being applied.
Even with it, Giroud still has a better hairstyle than me.

Luke: There is no better front man with his back to goal than Giroud. Madness for Arsenal to let him go. Easily the best in the league at those one-twos around the box.
Stuart Jarvis: The most frustrating thing as an Albion fan this year is the feeling that we've been "so close" in so many games. Not terrible between the two boxes, just forgotten how to win.
