    Sheffield Wednesday 0-0 Swansea

There wasn't loads of goalmouth action at Hillsborough, I'll be honest. But the dearth of what there was turned out to be decent.

Which means our snappy highlights is just the thing...

  2. Carvalhal calls for penaltiespublished at 13:27 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2018

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-0 Swansea City

The lunchtime game saw the Carlos Carvalhal Derby take place at Hillsborough.

And the Swansea boss, making his first return since being sacked by the Owls on Christmas Eve, endorsed the idea of a first game penalty shootout rather than a replay after Saturday’s goalless draw.

The Premier League side face a third replay in as many rounds in this season's competition with Carvalhal describing the outcome as “a score nobody wants.”

We've got a whole 96 minutes to wait until the two teams are confirmed from Spotland. So we can either round up 22 players and have a game between ourselves, or go through what happened in yesterday's FA Cup action.

    Let's go with the latter...

Rochdale striker Calvin Andrew has been ruled out of Sunday's FA Cup tie against Tottenham because of an Achilles injury.

Scott Wiseman, Alex Dobre, Billy Knott and Sam Hart are all cup-tied.

Tottenham forward Harry Kane is a doubt because of a twisted ankle, so Fernando Llorente could be among several fringe players to start.

Lucas Moura is set to make his full debut, with Toby Alderweireld and Michel Vorm also in line for recalls.

  5. Poch to ring the changes?published at 13:21 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2018

    Rochdale v Tottenham (16:00 GMT)

Mauricio Pochettino's team selection will be interesting. There's no way he'll underestimate Rochdale - especially after Spurs almost came unstuck at Newport County in the last round.

Let's have a look at the early team news...

  6. The FA Cup on the BBCpublished at 13:16 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2018

If there has ever been a more varied football journey than Wembley --> Juventus --> Rochdale then I'd love to hear it.

In fact, I definitely want to hear it. I'm sure plenty of you have done three different grounds in a week, but have you racked up a more eclectic trio than the Spurs hardcore this week?

The more contrasting - from the sublime to the ridiculous - the better. Oh, and bonus points for photos.

  9. The quarter-finals beckonpublished at 13:09 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2018

    Rochdale v Tottenham (16:00 GMT)

Hello! Six names are already in the hat for the FA Cup quarter-final draw (well, seven actually because Sheffield Wednesday and Swansea face a replay) and today we have one more fifth-round tie to sink our teeth into.

League One scrappers Rochdale are the hosts, welcoming one of the country's - and some might say Europe's - most vibrant teams, Tottenham.

Or, as Dale boss Keith Hill puts it, a "collision of two worlds"...

From the wonder of Wembley to the rusticity of Rochdale. With a trip to tasteful Turin in between.

Tottenham have certainly had a week to remember. Victory in the North London derby was followed by that remarkable fightback against the mighty Juventus.

Will the week be rounded off in style? Or made even more unforgettable by a FA Cup humbling?
