It's a late sixth. Dele Alli picks out Kyle Walker-Peters in space and he slots the ball past keeper Josh Lillis. That's his first Spurs goal.

    Spurs 5-1 Rochdale

    Mark Schwarzer
Ex-Chelsea keeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

Rochdale have got to take confidence from this game into their league campaign. I know the scoreline doesn't look great but their performance has been really good. And Spurs have had top players in their team tonight

    Spurs 5-1 Rochdale

Dele Alli goes on a mini-Ricky Villa style run but can't get his shot away under pressure from Josh Lillis. He could have gone down after a challenge but I suspect he didn't think it was worth the grief at the moment.

    Spurs 5-1 Rochdale

Kyle Walker-Peters gets the ball in the box - and the ball gets stuck in the snow. He gets his cross in but it's cleared by a Rochdale player (can't see which one).

Not too long left. Don't think we'll get five minutes of stoppage time like we did in the first half.

    Spurs 5-1 Rochdale

    Mark Schwarzer
Ex-Chelsea keeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

VAR hasn't been used in the second half, apart from checking the goals, and the game's flowed straightforward as a result. The amount it was used in the first half I think most of the fans will be happy with that.

It's been a thrilling journey for Rochdale, which included a stay at St George's Park and a night in London this week.

Reality is about to bite though.

Once they get off the pitch and out of the shower, it is on the bus, all the way back to Rochdale. Tonight.

Glamour tends to be fleeting when you are at the bottom of League One.

Rochdale have a throw-in maybe. I can see the ball because it's in the air. Now it's on the ground again. Not a clue.

    Spurs 5-1 Rochdale

    Mark Schwarzer
Ex-Chelsea keeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

I used to hate playing in these conditions. I didn't mind it getting cold in the evening but when there's snow on the pitch the ball collects the snow and the ice, and it's a nightmare for a keeper when it comes into the box.

Jim: I remember that Football Nightmares video, it's a classic in our house, so much so that I tracked down a DVD copy for my brother this Christmas just gone.

Bill: You’re right. Glentoran vs Linfield. Think it was a Boxing Day game.

Dan, Eastry: Pretty sure it was actually Rory McGrath's Football Nightmares. I still have the DVD.

Sorry, Dan - you can question me on a lot of things. But not Nick Hancock's Football Nightmares.
