  1. 'Interesting one'published at 19:55 Greenwich Mean Time 28 February 2018

    Spurs 0-0 Rochdale

Former referee Chris Foy on BT Sport: "They feel Fernando Llorente has fouled the Rochdale defender. It is an interesting one and that will cause some debate for sure...

  2. Maybe a foul?published at 19:55 Greenwich Mean Time 28 February 2018

    Spurs 0-0 Rochdale

    Mark Schwarzer
Ex-Chelsea keeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

From what we can see from the replay, maybe it was Llorente fouling one of the Rochdale defenders from the rebound off the Rochdale keeper

  3. Postpublished at 19:55 Greenwich Mean Time 28 February 2018

    Spurs 0-0 Rochdale

Fernando Llorente and Harrison McGahey were pulling each other's jerseys, having seen a replay. Not sure the Spaniard was the sole offender. A bit harsh.

  4. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 6 mins

    Spurs 0-0 Rochdale

Well, well, well. VAR controversy o'clock.

Son Heung-min shoots from a tight angle, and Fernando Llorente holds the ball off to Erik Lamela, who is able to tap into the net.

Spurs fans celebrate their opening goal, I write my 'Spurs lead' entry in this live text.

But the referee puts his hands to his ear and after at least a minute decides Llorente committed a foul.

Rochdale fans celebrate like they've scored a goal. It's still 0-0.

  5. High line from Dalepublished at 19:51 Greenwich Mean Time 28 February 2018

    Spurs 0-0 Rochdale

    Mark Schwarzer
Ex-Chelsea keeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

Rochdale are playing a high line. They're putting pressure on Dier, in particular, and Vorm when it goes back to him. It's been a very positive start by Rochdale. But they've got to be careful of leaving too much space for the Tottenham players to run in to.

  6. Postpublished at 5 mins

    Spurs 0-0 Rochdale

The corner comes into Fernando Llorente, who has only scored two goals this season, and he heads over the bar, under pressure from Jimmy McNulty.

  7. Postpublished at 5 mins

    Spurs 0-0 Rochdale

Stephen Humphrys takes on and beats Spurs defender Juan Foyth, but the Argentine is able to deal with it eventually.

Spurs have another corner moments later.

Dave, Halesowen: Half of Halesowen town coached it down to Wembley in 86 for the fa vase final v southall, unexpected as they made it 2 years running. Southall had young striker by the name of Les Ferdinand playing for them, he never had a sniff & Halesowen won 3-0

Tony Stewart: Wimbledon vs Plymouth League Two Playoff final. Our mate was a Wimbledon fan after getting him into football. Six of us went. A Chelsea fan, a West Ham fan, a Blackpool fan, Stevenage fan and a Dulwich fan. It was like we became a boot camp X Factor group.

Alexander, London: Very cocky team selection from Pochettino again... interesting to see if the players show up tonight

John, London: Let's hope the weather doesn't make anybody slip over in the penalty area tonight.

Wembley's pitch isn't looking in the best shape ever - but easily good enough to play a game of ball.

I wonder if Rochdale had been at home, what would have happened...

    Spurs v Rochdale (19:45 GMT)

Rochdale manager Keith HillImage source, PA

Rochdale manager Keith Hill says his team must act "like a Premier League side" today.

"We will relish playing on the best surface in England. We're trying to emulate teams like Spurs," Hill told BBC Sport.

"We're going to have to be brave, take our opportunities and have a little bit of luck.

"I want them relaxed up until that team sheet is out. But once the team sheets go in we have to lose the childish inhibitions Wembley can bring.

"If the changing rooms are three sizes bigger than ours and with a cooler system, then enjoy it. I wouldn't want to take away their excitement and for that to turn into fear.

"We have to take away the enormity of the task and just focus on a game of football. You've got to start in the same way as if it was MK Dons or our next game, which is Plymouth."

    Spurs v Rochdale (19:45 GMT)

    Neil Johnston
    BBC Sport at Wembley

A huge roar from 5,000 travelling fans at Wembley as Rochdale's players retreat to the dressing room for last-minute instructions.

It's not been an easy journey to the capital, with supporters having to endure snow drifts and travel disruptions but most have managed to make it in time for kick-off.

The snow has stopped falling for now but don't bet against another flurry or two before the end of the night.

  19. Changes afoot?published at 19:38 Greenwich Mean Time 28 February 2018

    Spurs v Rochdale (19:45 GMT)

If this tie had happened in 2020, there's a chance they would have gone to extra time and penalties at Spotland, instead of organising this replay.

Talks to introduce a winter break from February 2020 are continuing between the Football Association, English Football League and Premier League.

The first annual two-week interval would be scheduled from the 2019-20 season and take place in the early part of the month, it has been proposed.

As a consequence, the fifth round of the FA Cup would take place in midweek and there would be no replays.

Jon, Uckfield: I went to Wembley for the Sheff U vs Wolves Championship play off game in 2003. Whoops- I forgot that the stadium was being rebuilt and I should have been in Cardiff instead. Silver lining though - I missed a 3-0 drubbing!
