    Accrington Stanley have won the League Two title and will be promoted as champions thanks to a 34th minute strike from Jordan Clark.

    Wycombe have also secured promotion today - Dominic Gape's first goal for the club and Nathan Tyson's second-half strike were enough to earn them the victory over already relegated Chesterfield.

    Mansfield twice came from behind to win at Yeovil and take the fight for the final play-off spot to the last day.

    Barnet's fight for survival also goes down to the final day. Anything less than three points would have seen them relegated today, but Alex Nicholls' volley kept their slim survival hopes alive.

    Lewis Grabban's late goal gave Villa a point after Cameron Jerome had give Derby the lead.

    Villa will have to settle for the play-offs though, while a draw next week against struggling Barnsley should be enough for the Rams to finish in the top six.
