    Swansea v Stoke (15:00 BST)

It will be the end of an era at the Liberty Stadium today.

While Stoke’s relegation has been confirmed after a decade in the Premier League, Swansea’s seven-season stay in the top flight also looks set to come to an end.

As well as preparing for life in the Championship, the Swans will also say farewell to their longest-serving players, Leon Britton and Angel Rangel.

Legendary midfielder Britton has played for the club at every level from the fourth tier to the Premier League, and the diminutive 35-year-old is expected to make a 537th and final appearance from the bench today before retiring.

Captain and fellow club icon Rangel, meanwhile, will be leaving this summer and could make a 374th and final appearance as a substitute against Stoke.

It promises to be an emotional afternoon in south Wales.

There are 13 changes that could happen this summer with Premier League or relegated clubs.

Stoke, West Brom, Swansea, Southampton, Huddersfield - because someone else might want David Wagner, West Ham, Watford, Crystal Palace - Roy Hodgson has done a great job but they might want a change, Newcastle - I'm a Newcastle fan and want Rafael Benitez to stay but I don't know if he will, Leicester, Everton, Arsenal and Chelsea

The rumour mill was going into overdrive following the omission of Anthony Martial from the squad today.

Jose Mourinho had said the French striker would start today.

BBC Sport's Simon Stone says Martial was at Old Trafford today but drove away about 12pm.

United have now confirmed the 22-year-old has an injury and missed training yesterday.

I only just got to the gantry here on time because so many people were coming up to say well done to me. I had so many messages today wishing me good luck, you'd think it was my first game, not my last! I've had 47 years at it.

Shane: So Martial has had a temper tantrum and run off. Keep going, fella. You won’t be missed.

James: The manager merry-go-round for Premier League managers might be more interesting this summer than the player transfer window. At least 8 new managers potentially leaving clubs.

Nicola: Last Premier League game of the season for Chelsea... Not particularly hopeful for that last Champions League spot... But just need to do our job and win

    Newcastle v Chelsea (15:00 BST)

Could this also be Antonio Conte's Premier League goodbye? Most newspapers think the Italian's departure from Stamford Bridge is on the cards.

Of course he will also lead his team out at Wembley for Saturday's FA Cup final against Manchester United, but this could be his last league match in charge of the Blues.

Conte's future is uncertain, with speculation shrouding him all season and many expecting his departure this summer.

Will sneaking into the top-four, followed by lifting the FA Cup, save him from Roman Abramovich's axe?

  11. The race for the Champions Leaguepublished at 14:37 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Newcastle v Chelsea (15:00 BST)

Anything less than a win for Chelsea at Benitez's Newcastle will end in Champions League heartbreak. And even that might not be enough.

As long as Liverpool take at least a draw at home to Brighton, they're guaranteed a top-four finish. Chelsea will have to settle for fifth - and potential trips to the likes of Real Betis or Akhisar Belediyespor rather than Real Madrid or Bayern Munich.

And Benitez remembers the "massive" pressure of leading Chelsea to the Champions League.

"I had that conversation with Abramovich at his home, and it was about, 'What is the priority?'. Champions League, Champions League..." said Benitez.

"When I went there, they were in a bad position and we finished third and we won the Europa League. For him, it was massive that they could be in the Champions League."

    Benitez to break Chelsea hearts?

    Rafael BenitezImage source, Getty Images

As far as dysfunctional relationships go, the arranged marriage of Rafael Benitez and Chelsea is up there with the most curious.

Benitez's previous love affair with Liverpool lingered on in the minds of the Shed End, possibly still in Rafa's heart.

Interim boss Benitez and the Blues fans never warmed to each other in 2012-13 season, despite the Spaniard delivering a third-place Premier League finish and a Europa League.

And today there is likely to be more heartbreak in one of the Premier League's great love triangles...

  13. The race for the Champions Leaguepublished at 14:34 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

So here's the race for the Champions League as it stands...

    Premier League

    And here's what could happen...

Liverpool will clinch a top-four finish with a draw against Brighton - thanks to their superior goal difference over Chelsea.

The Reds can even finish third - if they win and Tottenham fail to beat Leicester at home.

Chelsea can only finish fourth if they win at Newcastle and Liverpool lose.

Anything else means Europa League football for the Blues.

Tottenham are guaranteed Champions League football - whatever happens at home to Leicester.

Victory will clinch third, although they will finish fourth if they lose and Liverpool win.

Either way they will go straight into the Champions League group stage next season after a Uefa rule change means the fourth-placed Premier League side does not have to face a qualifying play-off.

  14. Postpublished at 14:33 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

Manchester United and Tottenham are safe in the knowledge they will be playing Champions League football next season. Liverpool and Chelsea haven't yet got that luxury and one will miss out...

  15. 'Weird and wonderful ideas to stay ahead in recruitment'published at 14:32 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Bournemouth

Asked about Bournemouth's summer recruitment plans, assistant manager Jason Tindall told BBC Radio 5 live: "You try to come up with all these weird and wonderful ideas to stay ahead in recruitment but it's not as easy as that. But our team are all over Europe trying to find the players that they think will make the difference and come within the budget."

Plenty of whispers doing the rounds as to why Martial has scarpered so quickly - including some saying his missus being in labour and others that he is injured. Our man Simon Stone will bring us more info as he gets it, I'm sure.

  19. Missing Martialpublished at 14:25 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

Man Utd v Watford (15:00 BST)

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport at Old Trafford

Odd team selection for United, with no-one - including MUTV - quite sure what the formation is going to be.

However, the main news centres around Anthony Martial, whose future has been debated fairly extensively over the past few weeks.

Martial is not in this afternoon's squad, even though Jose Mourinho said he would be on Thursday.

No explanation has been given but Martial turned up at Old Trafford around 12 noon, collected his car and drove off.

I remember Ruud van Nistelrooy doing exactly the same before the final game in 2006. He never played for the club again.

I think Spurs are a worse team than they were last year - in both full-back areas for a starter. The dynamic element that Danny Rose and Kyle Walker brought – it made them harder to beat.

You think 'when are you going to learn that you don’t win things just by playing well and sometimes you have to scrap it out?'
