    Huddersfield v Arsenal (15:00 BST)

    Huddersfield Town

Speaking to BBC Radio 5 live, Huddersfield fan and actor Patrick Stewart said: "I think it will take a year or two for me to recover from the celebrations on Wednesday night. All we have to do tonight is have a good time because the job is done and this extraordinary crowd are here to celebrate.

"It is an extremely accessible club for the people in the community. Nobody has done more in the Premier League than Huddersfield in working with refugees and the help we have given them. Applications to come to the University have increased because of the Premier League influence, particularly from students from the Far East."

  6. 'Only a disaster will send Saints down'published at 13:53 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

Southampton v Man City (15:00 BST)

    Jonathan Pearce
BBC Match of the Day commentator

My first commentary this season covered City's win at Brighton on the opening weekend. Since then they've dazzled us all with some of the most fluent attacking football ever seen in England.

A 32nd win would break Tottenham's 57-year-old record for victories in a single top-flight campaign and make them the first Premier League side to hit 100 points. A fitting reward. They've been a joy to watch.

Southampton hadn't been until the revival under Mark Hughes, who organised talented individuals into a better team with renewed belief.

Only a disaster will now send them down. St Mary's should party at full-time. But lessons need to be learnt to prevent another season of struggle next time.

  7. 'This game could be worth more to Newcastle'published at 13:51 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Newcastle v Chelsea (15:00 BST)

    Guy Mowbray
    Match of the Day commentator

It's considered vulgar to talk money, yet with Newcastle the topic of finance is never far away.

Is the club any closer to being sold? How much will Rafa Benitez get to spend this summer?

With £2m more in prize money per Premier League place, there could be a small transfer budget boost from winning this final game. Lose - and they could potentially drop five places and lose £10m!

Chelsea missing out on the top four will cost them much more.

They'll obviously start by believing they can still get there, but if news comes through of Liverpool beating Brighton, then this game - prize-wise - becomes more important to Newcastle than the FA Cup finalists.

  8. Gunners' away woespublished at 13:48 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Huddersfield v Arsenal (15:00 BST)

The Gunners have lost seven consecutive top-flight away matches for the first time since January 1966.

They are the only side in the top five leagues to have not picked up a point on the road in 2018.

Unless Swansea pull off a miracle today then it’s going to be a sad way for Leon Britton and Angel Rangel to bow out. Britton has played for the club for over 15 years in all four divisions and is a legend at the Liberty Stadium while Rangel was signed for just £15,000 in 2007 and has made over 350 appearances in his 11 seasons.

  10. 'Puel's final game in charge?'published at 13:43 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Tottenham v Leicester (15:00 BST)

    Martin Fisher
    Match of the Day commentator

Tottenham's last ever Premier League game at Wembley could turn out to be Claude Puel's final match in charge of Leicester City.

The Frenchman was only appointed in October and started brilliantly but that's a distant memory now. It was one point from five games before Wednesday's win over Arsenal; knives have already been sharpened.

A third consecutive top-three finish is within Tottenham's grasp. Another Champions League campaign beckons next season as a new chapter in their history begins in their fantastic new stadium.

Wembley has never really felt like home but Spurs will still want to leave their temporary digs in style.

  11. 'The biggest fight of his career'published at 13:42 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

  12. 'Are you really going to catch City?'published at 13:41 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

In many other years Spurs could have won the league – but Manchester City are so strong.

They’re great to watch but look what you’re up against now. Are you really going to catch City? I think City are going to be even better next season.

Interesting shouts re Mourinho, Pogba and Lacazette...

Manchester United 7/10. Improvement from last year, but the style of play is lethargic and we should have at least challenged City for the title. Manager - Mourinho 6/10. Negative style and seemed content with draws. Sold Mkhitaryan and Ibra as well as benching Bailly and Lindelof (four of his own signings). Best player - David De Gea. Numerous world class performances, the best of which came away vs Arsenal. Worst player - Matteo Darmian. Barely plays and shows little promise when he does. Paul Pogba on an off day comes close too.

    George

Arsenal: 5/10 37 points behind Man City, destroyed in Carabao Cup final, knocked out by Nottingham Forest in first round of FA Cup and out of Europa League despite being competition to salvage our season Manager (Arsene Wenger): 5/10 Probably his worst season in charge of Arsenal before he departs Best player: Alexandre Lacazette Decent amount of goals scored in his first top-flight season, especially after coming back from injury recently Worst player: Shkodran Mustafi Too many mistakes all season and needs to be replaced this summer

  15. 'Liverpool have one job to finish off first'published at 13:38 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Liverpool v Brighton (15:00 BST)

    Steve Wilson
    Match of the Day commentator

Kiev can wait - Liverpool have one last job to finish off first. A draw would be enough for Jurgen Klopp's side to secure a return to the Champions League next season at the expense of Chelsea.

The Reds' recent league form may have been patchy, but it's hard to imagine that Chelsea are expecting much good news.

Liverpool have beaten Brighton 5-1 and 6-1 in their last two meetings - with the Seagulls scoring three own goals on their last trip to Anfield six years ago.

That's not to say that Chris Hughton's side are a pushover - but their job is done, and their fans will be celebrating come what may on Sunday, with successive top-flight seasons secured for the first time in 35 years.

Ed Hunter: Spurs, 10/10 - thought we would miss out on Champions League playing at Wembley, instead we beat both Real Madrid and Dortmund; set EPL record crowds there as well. 10/10 for Poch, Eriksen our best player.

Chad Smith: West Brom 3/10, Darren Moore helps make that rating higher. Best player: Craig Dawson, 8/10, has always been solid at the back and set-piece master. Championship potential superstar: Oliver Burke. The EFL will give this fellow the opportunity he needs.

  20. 'Best finish since Ferguson days'published at 13:29 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

Man Utd v Watford (15:00 BST)

    Conor McNamara
    Match of the Day commentator

Thursday's goalless draw at West Ham was uninspiring but Manchester United have now secured second place. It's the club's best league finish since they last won the title under Sir Alex Ferguson.

Second in the table will never be deemed a success by Jose Mourinho but his side are 12 points better off than this time last year and the campaign can still end with silverware.

Visitors Watford have been buoyed by their first win in eight games against Newcastle last weekend.

They beat Manchester United at Vicarage Road last season. However, they have never won a league game at Old Trafford.
