    Moooooooooooooooooo!

Who said Mo Salah is having a bad World Cup?

A moment of class by the Liverpool man as he controls a long punt forward and lobs the Saudi keeper who has come rushing off his line.

I drew Saudi Arabia in the sweepstake at work. I'm relying on Mo Salah to undo the damage done by Harry Kane to my chances of winning the wooden spoon prize for the team conceding the most goals in the group stages.

    Saudi Arabia 0-0 Egypt

A great battle developing between Motaz Hawsawi and Mo Salah and it's the Saudi defender who is winning it so far.

Salah looked to get the better of his opponent deep inside the Green Falcons half but Hawsawi did well to to stifle his opponent.

Lovely run by Salem Al Dawsari and as Egypt's defence backs off he lets fly from outside the area. It's just over!

That's encouraging for Saudi Arabia. Egypt have offered very little to get their large following inside the stadium excited.

Adam: Saudi Arabia have a terrible goal scoring record at World Cups. Today they may be able to get a few..... they've had a bad 25 minutes over their 2 games... definitely an improving nation!

    Saudi Arabia 0-0 Egypt

News from the other game in Group A where Uruguay have taken an early lead against hosts Russia. You've guessed it - Luis Suarez has another goal to his name. That means Uruguay are on course to progress as group winners. A long way to go in that one.

First corner to Saudi Arabia. It's cleared and Mo Salah springs into action before losing possession.

It's a pedestrian start by two teams who know they are going home.

    Saudi Arabia 0-0 Egypt

They might be heading home but there is at least one positive for Saudi Arabia to cling to from this World Cup.

Having completed 1,107 passes in their two games before today, they boasted an accuracy of 83.9% - one of the best at the tournament.

Spain topped the list at 91.3% while Iran were at the bottom with 61.3%.

    Saudi Arabia 0-0 Egypt

There's been nothing to worry the oldest player to appear at a World Cup.

Essam El Hadary is soaking it all up, barking orders at the much younger defenders in front of him. We're still awaiting the first serious shot of the game.

Scrappy start. The Green Falcons are enjoying lots of early possession while Mo Salah has had one early dart into the Saudi half. Egypt, by the way, are playing in white shirts and black shorts.

Johnny: Yes it’s a dead rubber between two sides that have been terrible but I’m hopeful of a good performance from at least Egypt. They’ve played below their capabilities & Salah will want to get among the goals.

One of my favourite moments of this World Cup has been the sight of fans cleaning stands and picking up rubbish after games.

Senegal supporters were pictured doing it after their win over Poland in Moscow. Then Japan fans did the same thing in Saransk.

And here's Saudi Arabia supporters cleaning up after their team's defeat to Uruguay in Rostov-On-Don.

Do you think it'll catch on in the Premier League?
