Sabrina: How many times can you scream “REF-ER-REE!!!” in one football match??

Jay: With Tunisia sitting back so deep, Vardy would've been a better sub at this point than Rashford

Andy: Rashford for Sterling, just 68 minutes too late

There's an electricity when Rashford gets the ball, he's got that pace. We need to get it to him.

  3. 'Tunisia are terrible'published at 20:32 British Summer Time 18 June 2018

    Tunisia 1-1 England

    Chris Waddle
Ex-England winger on BBC Radio 5 live

England were really outstanding in the first half, apart from not putting the ball in the net, but they have struggled in the second half. Tunisia have changed their system, and a lot of teams will do that in this World Cup, but Tunisia are terrible. They are there for the taking and they haven't been past the halfway line in the second period.

Lovely feet from Marcus Rashford who can glide away from people with such ease. He can't link up with Dele Alli though who has had an anonymous second half.

    Going to end 1-1?

If you're an England fan who is just tuning in and feelnig a touch down, I should say that England were outstanding in the first half and could easily have had four or five.

    Honestly.

The second half has been a bit more 'England in a major tournament.'

Marcus Rashford's first touch is a good one which gets him away from his defender, he finds Harry Kane running through the middle but he is closed out in the end.

Decent attempt from Kieran Trippier, who got it over the wall but landed it a few yards wide.

Rashford was brilliant in the warm-up against Costa Rica, and if he can play like that, England will have a chance. Sterling has given the ball away too often for me, and he hasn't looked after it.

  9. SUBSTITUTION - Rashford onpublished at 68 mins

    Tunisia 1-1 England

Marcus Rashford replaces Raheem Sterling as England win a free-kick in a good area. He might walk on and take this.

Harry Maguire leads the ball out again, all the way to the edge of the area. It goes wide, is crossed in by Jordan Henderson and Maguire is close to meeting it at the far post.

There's a Mexican Wave going on, that tells you a lot about how much this game has slowed up.

    Tunisia 1-1 England

    Chris Waddle

This is where Gareth has to look at it and see where he can change it. Alli hasn't had a touch in the second half and Lingard is not attacking with intensity. He should be looking to freshen it up going forward now.

Raheem Sterling frustrates again, losing it and then giving away a foul. Could be time for Marcus Rashford or Jamie Vardy soon.

England have 25 minutes to find a goal.

    Tunisia 1-1 England

    Martin Keown
    Former England defender in Russia

The system is right and correct, we just need to play with more purpose. I would like to see Henderson pass it forward a bit more.

They need to pick it up.

England lacking that first-half intensity and Tunisia sitting back almost asking them what they have got. Will Gareth Southgate ponder changes soon?

England have won the header at every corner, this time it's nodded on and Harry Kane tries to overhead kick the ball back in but has no joy. Tunisia are camped in.

All set for the last half hour...?

The pattern may be set now. Tunisia packing the area, making it very difficult for England. But Gareth Southgate's side have stepped it up now.
