    Shrewsbury are unchanged from their semi-final second leg victory over Charlton Athletic.

    Junior Brown is included on the bench having not played since a supposedly season-ending cruciate knee injury in October.

    Carlton Morris, who has twice scored the goals which took Wembley this season, is once again preferred to 14-goal top scorer Stefan Payne up front.
