  1. St Mirren weather the stormpublished at 16:31 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

    St Mirren 1-1 Dundee

    Jonathan Sutherland
BBC Sport Scotland at Simple Digital Arena

Dundee battered St Mirren for the first 15 minutes of the second half, but that has now subsided. This must be hugely frustrating for Dundee manager Neil McCann after his side spurned several great chances. A real sense from both sets of fans that their side can still win this.

It's back to being open and exciting at both ends.

  2. CLOSE!published at 16:29 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

    Kilmarnock 1-0 St Johnstone

St Johnstone are showing some signs of life after a poor start to the second half.

David McMillan will feel he should have done better with a header from a corner. His effort is tame and easily dealt with by Jamie MacDonald.

The Killie stopper is called into action again moments later, but Drey Wright's powerful shot from the edge of the area is straight at him.

Celtic haven't been under any pressure, but they've played well, they've maintained their tempo, they've passed the ball well and everything's coming off for them

  6. Dundee up the antepublished at 16:22 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

    St Mirren 1-1 Dundee

    Jonathan Sutherland
BBC Sport Scotland at Simple Digital Arena

Not sure what they put in the Dundee team teapot at half time but the Dark Blues have been utterly dominant in this second half. It’s like they have all pushed up the field and hemmed St Mirren in.

The hosts haven’t had a sniff in this second half. Dundee should be in front, Mendy has had four good chances and Moussa’s penalty was poor.

  7. goal

GOAL Morton 2-0 Queen of the Southpublished at 16:20 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

    Ross McLean

The Greenock side double their lead in style as Ross McLean thumps in a wonderful strike.

  8. goal

    Steven MacLean

The roof has fallen in for Accies.

Uche Ikpeazu's fine through ball finds Steven MacLean and the veteran striker fires high past goalkeeper Gary Woods from an acute angle.

    Quote Message

As Celtic continue to terrorise Livingston all across the park, you can only imagine how the visitors feel when they see Griffiths and Tierney coming off the bench.

  10. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:16 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

    St Mirren 1-1 Dundee

Jean Alassane Mendy is really troubling the St Mirren defence. He gets the break of the ball to get away a shot in the six-yard box but goalkeeper Craig Samson is off his line quickly to make the save.

  11. goal

GOAL Kilmarnock 1-0 St Johnstonepublished at 16:15 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

    Scott Boyd

Killie have their reward for an impressive start to the second period. We're used to seeing goals for Boyd at Rugby Park, but this one is finished off by Scott, rather than predatory striker Kris.

It's a bit of a howler from Zander Clark, who spills a tame shot right into the path of the defender. Boyd gleefully hits the ball into the empty net from inside the six-yard box.

Second goal of the day for Peter Haring.

From a well-worked free-kick, Christophe Berra's header evades Steven Naismith, but team-mate Haring side-foots home from 14 yards.

  13. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 16:15 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

    Falkirk 0-1 Inverness CT

The Bairns are celebrating an equaliser from Scott Harrison and our BBC Sportsound reporter thinks it's a goal. But it's not. The officials spotted something awry and the Highlanders are still in front, despite the loud protests from the home side.

  14. goal

GOAL Dundee United 1-1 Dunfermlinepublished at 16:14 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

    Joe Thomson

The visitors are deservedly level as Joe Thomson fizzes in a shot from a Faissal El Bakhtaoui lay-off.

  15. CLOSE!published at 16:13 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

    Celtic 3-0 Livingston

Celtic are not letting up. From a set-piece, the ball drops to Mikael Lustig and his volley is blocked on the goal-line before Livingston eventually clear

  16. MISSED PENALTYpublished at 16:11 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

Craig Samson, having conceded the spot-kick, makes amends by guessing right to palm Sofien Moussa's effort wide. St Mirren still level.

  17. PENALTYpublished at 16:10 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

    St Mirren 1-1 Dundee

Yet another early second-half penalty! Goalkeeper Craig Samson brings down Jean Alassane Mendy and the visitors have a great chance to move ahead.

"St Mirren are all over the place right now," says ex-Celtic striker Scott McDonald on BBC Sportsound.

  18. CLOSE!published at 16:09 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

    Kilmarnock 0-0 St Johnstone

We scarcely saw Jordan Jones at all in the first half, but in the early throes of the second, the Kilmarnock winger has shown his class.

Three times, he's beaten his man up the left flank, and hared towards goal. He's fired a shot wide, seen another saved by Jamie MacDonald, and won a free-kick right on the edge of the Saints box.

Much more like it from the Northern Ireland international.

  19. Postpublished at 16:08 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

    St Mirren 1-1 Dundee

Jean Alassane Mendy does the hard bit right by getting away from his man but the eventual shot is too high. Dundee have started this second half as the better side.

  20. goal

GOAL Hamilton 1-2 Heartspublished at 16:07 British Summer Time 4 August 2018

    Steven Naismith (penalty)

Steven Naismith slots the penalty neatly into the corner to give Hearts the lead.
