Burnley trail but they are playing well - great energy and enterprise in their display so far. They force a corner straight from the restart and James Tarkowski heads it over the top.

Johann Gudmundsson beats Marcos Alonso, twice, down the right. His low cross is half cut out by a lunging David Luiz and Sam Vokes can't force it on target from a tight angle!

Chelsea look a real threat on the break though and instantly go close, Willian opening up an angle for a shot on the left of the area and curling against the base of the post! He hit that brilliantly...

It's no surprise that Crystal Palace are looking to play the ball down the left as much as possible when Wilfried Zaha is camped there.

Both of those good chances came from that side.

By some distance that is the best chance of the game. He gave the goalkeeper the eyes and Bernd Leno went for it! That was so unlucky.

The games are livening up now! A cross from the right ends up at the fet of Wilfried Zaha, he uses a defender as a decoy and shoots against the base of the near post!

Moments later Andros Townsend shoots wide from eight yards. Two great chances for the Eagles!

Another uncertain moment from Kepa in the Chelsea goal! He comes for a cross and is nowhere near it, a full-on flap and it ends up with Robbie Brady shooting just wide!

Alex Iwobi got caught between two minds then. He was going to go for the shot but sort of bottled it and produced the worst cross ever!

Alex Iwobi plays a one-two on the right and looks to tease a cross into the middle. it's sliced and almost ends up as a shot on goal.

There we go - chance and a fine save from Joe Hart! Chelsea put a cross in from the right, it's set back to Ross Barkley who shoots from the edge of the area.

He miscues it a touch, hitting it into the turf. Alvaro Morata reacts well to get his head on to the ball and flick it goalwards, but there's Hart to make a flying save and push it over.

Chelsea yet to settle, thanks largely to Burnley's tempo. No real chances in either game as of yet though.

It has been a very good start from Palace. The only problem is when they get in that attacking third because they have not been linking up well. But they are doing well down those wide areas.

For Alex Iwobi to keep his place in that attacking midfield area for Arsenal is pretty special. They have a lot of quality there obviously.

Superb from Wilfried Zaha - who skins two men on the left, gets into the area and wins a corner. Such an exciting player to watch.

Sean Dyche will be delighted with this start - Burnley have come out at an excellent tempo. Another good Robbie Brady free-kick is rather flapped at by Kepa Arrizabalaga but he gets away with it.

Granit Xhaka is playing at left-back for the Arsenal, by the way. Wilfried Zaha beats two men easily and wins a free-kick in a good spot.

Bright sunshine at Burnley but in south London there's a loud cheer as the floodlights kick on. Dim.
