Petr Cech is a fabulous goalkeeper and has been one of the best over the years but Bernd Leno has done nothing wrong so it would have been harsh on him to have dropped him.

Robbie Brady is back in the Burnley side this afternoon and he drills in a free-kick deep to the back post, Marcos Alonso is beaten to it by Sam Vokes but his looping header is again well cleared by David Luiz.

Luiz has had a fascinating career at Chelsea. He wins the league every few years but spends the fallow years out of he picture altogether, or sold...

Arsenal manager Unai Emery speaking to Sky Sports: "For us today it is very important to keep improving. We are okay but we need to get better each match.

"For every team it is difficult to come here but we can be competitive for 90 minutes and our quality will show. We want to be intense for 90 minutes."

On selecting Bernd Leno ahead of a fit Petr Cech: "I am very happy with both keepers. It is a very high level of performances. It is good to continue with Leno because he is working well and playing at a high performance. Cech has opportunities to play but for today he is on the bench."

On playing Granit Xhaka at left-back: "In the moment it is only because of the injuries to Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac. I think he was doing the last few matches in this position. His commitment is very, very big. His position after that is in the midfield."

On Mesut Ozil as captain: "The captain role is very clear for us. We want his commitment and example in midfield. In every day and in the 90 minutes today we want his quality. He is a leader."

The 12 children who were rescued from flooded caves in Thailand this year will be at Old Trafford on Sunday to watch Manchester United play Everton.

The youngsters, all members of a junior football team, were rescued in July after being trapped for over two weeks.

Their plight gained worldwide attention and in the aftermath the children were invited to a United game by the club's executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward.

The boys met Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho on Saturday.

It is understood the youngsters will walk by the side of the pitch before watching the Premier League encounter (16:00 GMT) from the directors' box.
