    Arsenal 0-1 Wolves

The last time Wolves won on Arsenal soil?

You have to go all the way back to 29 September 1979.

They're looking good value to end that win-less run here.

Hosk: I’m gonna try and remain positive. Plenty of time left. We just can’t get out of our own half, let alone have an attempt at goal. C’mon Utd!

Willie Fafale: It's just a slow start for Man Utd & they will still win tonight!

Decent ball in by Ashley Young from the right as he hits a cross low towards the near post. Fernandinho almost puts off Ederson as he moves in to block the ball but the City keeper takes command.

Manchester United are edging back in the possession stakes, now up to 31%.

    Arsenal 0-1 Wolves

    What's happened to Arsenal?

They're all over the place and it requires a superb diving save by Bernd Leno to keep out Helder Costa's ferocious arrowed attempt.

How crucial will save that prove?

Andy McNamara: Man City are ridiculous! The quality they have and show makes every other team look far inferior.

Joe Wedgwood: Manchester derby is not the biggest match for City anymore which must really hurt United fans. For City it's Liverpool they get pumped for!

Twice now Ander Herrera has got caught dithering in possession. He lingers too long mulling over possible options and Sergio Aguero nips in to steal the ball. The silver-haired striker races into the area but with no support and four red shirts around him he's eventually crowded out and Manchester United clear.

    Arsenal 0-1 Wolves

    This is a cracker!

It's end to end as first Alexandre Lacazette takes aim and is only denied after Conor Coady throws his body on the line to block.

Then Wolves counter and it requires a double save from Bernd Leno to keep out Helder Costa and Raul Jimenez.

This isn't going to stay 1-0!

Mr Lamide: Can Mourinho just forget about stopping City and attack them? It always seems as if he sets up to defend against teams rather than go at them.

Babyboomer: It is all very well saying United should attack City, but you can only send men into the opposition's half if you have the ball. Which United haven't seen much of.

    Man City 1-0 Man Utd

A touch more positivity from Manchester United at the moment as they look to get back into this.

They work the ball towards the edge of the Manchester City area but Nemanja Matic misplaces a pass when under pressure. City are giving their neighbours no time on the ball.

Wolves are full value for their lead!

Questions will be asked about yet another Arsenal slow start.

This is the fourth successive Premier League game they have conceded the first goal.

Manchester City have only scored one derby goal faster than that in this stadium - and that was their first.

Robbie Fowler took just three minutes in 2004. City won that one 4-1.

    This stat is remarkable.

At the point Manchester City took the lead, Manchester United had attempted only 11 passes. IN 12 MINUTES. And only five of those had been successful. FIVE!

City had made 104 with 92% accuracy.

Shane: That’s three times Young was nowhere near Sterling. The goal was inevitable

David: Shame Luke Shaw was asleep for that goal. Paid so much money but seemingly clueless about how to play at the back.

Mike: As a United fan city is walking away with this one for sure, we have lost it already.

So what do Manchester United do now? Their gameplan was clearly to contain but that's surely gone out of the window now.

They have a free-kick midway inside the Manchester City half. Ashley Young fires it into the box but Ederson thumps clear.
