Brianna: Incredibly lenient by the ref Xhaka should be off.

Femi: Lucky. Arsenal should be down to 10 men.

August: Xhaka should be off. No reason why that wasn't two yellows, poor from the ref.

Sam: Why aren't the media making more of Xhaka's potential sending off than Mane's? Mane literally chokes Lichtsteiner - shouldn't even be on the pitch when he scores.

    Liverpool 3-1 Arsenal

Arsenal win the ball back in midfield and set Alex Iwobi free on the left. He slips it inside to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who flicks it on for Ainsley Maitland-Niles. The 21-year-old has a pop from the edge of the box but it's always rising.

Arsenal attack again down the right but Aaron Ramsey's half-volley doesn't test Alisson.

Plenty of tough tackles going in. Aaron Ramsey kicks the underside of Georginio Wijnaldum's boot in a 50-50 challenge and comes off worse. He's getting a bit of treatment.

There’s more goals in this but credit to Arsenal. They’re coming forward and still want to get back in the game.

The next goal is absolutely crucial. Arsenal are so dangerous going forward.

If there is one team you cannot display this sort of defensive frailty against it is Liverpool - and Arsenal are extremely frail.

Liverpool are deadly enough as it is without the sort of assistance they are getting from Unai Emery's team.

Arsenal are no slouches themselves going forward but Liverpool are threatening them every time they attack.

Bezaleel: The Liverpool front three at it again.

Fred: Lichtsteiner deciding not to mark Salah, genuinely baffled as to how he gets picked each week.

It’s just a long ball really. It’s a poor corner but Liverpool had seven players in the box to aim for.

Arsenal couldn’t defend the cross. Mo Salah finds himself one on one with the goalkeeper and plays in Sadio Mane. It was a wonderful, wonderful finish.

Wolfenstein: Just wish the transfer window could open right now, we are getting the bashing of our life from Liverpool.
