  3. McKenna to miss Scotland gamespublished at 15:54 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Aberdeen

Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes reiterated before kick-off that defender Scott McKenna will not be sold in this transfer window, having rejected a £3.5m bid from Celtic earlier this week.

McInnes hopes the Scotland international - who suffered a hamstring injury in their Premiership opener against Rangers - will be available again after the upcoming international break.

But he has confirmed McKenna will miss Scotland's two forthcoming games, a friendly against against Belgium on 7 September and their Nations League opener against Albania on 10 September.

“He is pushing on really well with his recovery," McKenna said. "The likelihood is he will miss next week's game (against Kilmarnock) and miss both Scotland games. I have kept him up to date with all the speculation.

“I spoke to him on Tuesday at length and I think the most important thing for Scott that he recognises is he gets himself fit. He wants to do the yards, do his time and gain experience at Aberdeen and doesn’t want to go and be somebody’s third or fourth choice.”

  4. HALF-TIME Kilmarnock 0-0 Heartspublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Jonathan Sutherland
BBC Sport Scotland at Rugby Park

Hints of promise from the start of this match as both sides set about things hammer and tongs, but it rather fell away and became a bit bitty with plenty of fouls.

A stop-start sort of match where Hearts had the better of things in terms of chances - new loan signing Jimmy Dunne with a shot saved by Jamie MacDonald early on and the goalkeeper saving smartly again from an Olly Lee header just before half-time.

Kilmarnock improved as the half wore on with Jordan Jones becoming more of an influence, but Hearts have edged it.

  5. HALF-TIME - St Mirren 0-2 Livingstonpublished at 15:48 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

Livingston have had three corner kicks in the first half and they’ve scored from two of them. So Alan Stubbs will be trying to get his St Mirren players to rectify their defensive frailties in the second period. Steven Lawless has delivered the corners and Jack Hamilton and Alan Lithgow have got free of their markers to score. It’s all going well for Gary Holt after 45 minutes.

  6. HALF-TIME - St Johnstone 0-0 Dundeepublished at 15:48 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

Little to choose between the teams at McDiarmid Park, with big chances at either end.

Adil Nabi and new signing Benjamin Kallman both came close for the visitors after strong midfield play.

At the other end, Matty Kennedy probably should have put Saints ahead when he broke into the box from the left, but fired across the face of goal.

  7. HALF-TIME - Hibernian 0-1 Aberdeenpublished at 15:48 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

Hibs have had the better of the play but it's Aberdeen who take the lead, Tommie Hoban scoring his first goal for the club since joining on loan from Watford.

Both sides have had penalty shouts. Hibs' Martin Boyle hit the deck after a shove from Andrew Considine, and Lewis Ferguson appeared to be tripped by Paul Hanlon.

  8. Saints pushingpublished at 15:47 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    St Mirren 0-2 Livingston

Not long to half-time in Paisley and St Mirren finally look like doing something. Alan Stubbs' men have rarely troubled Liam Kelly's goal but at least the home side are showing some intent with pressure down the left hand side and with balls into the box. Still no sign of a way back in to this match, though.

  9. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:46 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Hearts

A terrific save from Jamie MacDonald denies Olly Lee after the Hearts man gets in a header.

Uche Ikpeazu had set up the chance with a cross after chasing a lost cause on the left.

    GOAL - Hibernian 0-1 Aberdeen (Hoban)published at 15:46 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

Aberdeen get their noses in front. Stevie May heads the corner across goal, Tommie Hoban's initial shot isn't great but goalkeeper Adam Bogdan makes a hash of it, allowing Hoban to get to the rebound almost on the goalline and grab his first for the club.

GOAL - Falkirk 0-2 Queen of the Southpublished at 15:45 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Anything you can do...

Another prolific scorer, Queen of the South's Stephen Dobbie, takes his tally to level with Lawrence Shankland - 12 in nine games - with his second of the day at the Falkirk Stadium.

    Kenny Crawford
BBC Sport Scotland at Somerset Park

Scotland's leading scorer, Lawrence Shankland, has his 12th goal in nine games this season, with the hosts flying at Somerset Park.

Hesitancy in the Pars' defence and Michael Moffat feeds Shankland who turns the ball into the far corner from eight yards.

  13. CLOSE!published at 15:41 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    St Johnstone 0-0 Dundee

End-to-end fare at McDiarmid Park. This time, Tony Watt scurries up the right flank, and rifles a powerful drive on goal from a tight angle. Jack Hamilton pushes it away for a corner.

  14. Kilmarnock finding their feetpublished at 15:41 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Hearts

    Jonathan Sutherland
BBC Sport Scotland at Rugby Park

A sublime bit of skill from Jordan Jones brings the Kilmarnock fans to their feet as he steps on the ball and pirouettes away from a posse of Hearts defenders. More of a spring in the step from the home side, but no clear-cut openings.

Thistle trying to break through the United defence, but the home side have dominated this game so far.

United making the most of their chances in the opposition half, almost adding to their early goal from Paul Watson as Pavol Safranko headed over.

  17. CLOSE!published at 15:37 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    St Johnstone 0-0 Dundee

This game has really burst into life in the past few minutes. After St Johnstone's double-near miss, Dundee work their way downfield, and Glen Kamara plays a lovely ball into the feet of new signing Benjamin Kallman. The Finnish striker turns well, and fires his shot just wide.

  18. goal

GOAL - St Mirren 0-2 Livingston (Lithgow)published at 15:36 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Alan Lithgow

Alan Lithgow grabs his first goal of the season to put Livingston well in control. The 20-year-old's first appearance since July is marked by a terrific header as the defender leaps the highest to power a corner from Steven Lawless into the top corner of the net.

    Hibernian 0-0 Aberdeen

    Brian McLauchlin
    BBC Sport Scotland

The pace of Martin Boyle and new boy Daryl Horgan is causing all sorts of problems for the Aberdeen defence. Horgan is filling in the slot that was occupied by John McGinn and already looks as if he will prove to be a shrewd signing by Neil Lennon.

Aberdeen are slowly finding their feet with Gary Mackay-Steven and Lewis Ferguson now beginning to have an influence on the game.

  20. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:35 British Summer Time 25 August 2018

    Hibernian 0-0 Aberdeen

Aberdeen have handled Hibs' early pressure and are starting to cause problems of their own. Lewis Ferguson slips by his marker on the edge of the box and his near-post shot is tipped wide by Adam Bogdan.
