Thank you Brendon, decent contest there at the Ricoh Arena to get things going.
Let's hope there's plenty of similar excitement to keep us going with the 15:00 BST matches.
All the build-up on its way....
Stoke come from 2-0 down to draw at Rotherham
West Brom win at Preston to go top
Winless Ipswich squander 2-0 lead to draw
Boro held by Hull, Derby lose at Bolton
Swansea thrash QPR, Sheff Utd win at Millwall
Greg O'Keeffe and Adam Williams
Thank you Brendon, decent contest there at the Ricoh Arena to get things going.
Let's hope there's plenty of similar excitement to keep us going with the 15:00 BST matches.
All the build-up on its way....
Right then, with less than half an hour to go until our 15:00 BST kick-offs we should probably turn our attention towards everything that's still to come.
To talk you through the next couple of hours, Adam Williams and Greg O'Keeffe are in the building.
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
... But Conor Chaplin's pass is overhit and there's the final whistle. Both teams will feel they should've won it, but neither really deserved to lose it.
The second half was a fantastic advert for League One. Well played.
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
We're into the final 60 seconds. Coventry are on the attack...
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
How has this not ended up about 4-4?!
Tom Bayliss is so close to working an opportunity inside the box, only for Bryan Oviedo to get back to him and block it behind for a corner.
From the resulting set-piece, Coventry substitute Tom Davies sends a completely unmarked header over the bar.
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
We'll have four minutes of time added on.
Surely we're not going to see a better chance than the one Conor Chaplin just wasted for Coventry?
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
And then at the other end Coventry should have a winner!
Conor Chaplin pounces upon a Sunderland mistake and races clean through on goal, but Jon McLaughlin just about gets enough on his dinked attempt to allow the covering Jack Baldwin to hack it off the line.
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
Oh my, very nearly!
It's an absolutely stunning save from Coventry goalkeeper Lee Burge, springing to his right to palm away George Honeyman's effort. It had goal written all over it.
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
Having spent the majority of the second half defending, it's Sunderland who appear to be ending the stronger.
Can they sneak a winner that'd send them into the top two?
While these two sides go in search of a winner in League One, we can tell you that the teams are in for this afternoon's nine Championship kick-offs at 15:00 BST.
Middlesbrough - chasing top spot against Hull - start with Jordan Hugill and Britt Assombalonga in attack, while Sam McQueen makes a first start for his loan club.
Derby County show faith with the bulk of the side that won at Manchester United in midweek in the Carabao Cup. Free-kick hero Harry Wilson is among those starting at Bolton.
Young midfielder Courtney Baker-Richardson is handed a second league start for Swansea as they host QPR and Mr Tinkerman Paul Hurst has actually done very little tinkering with his Ipswich side as they go in search of a first win of the season at Birmingham.
There's also a return on the bench for long-term injury absentee Andre Dozzell.
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
Just as I say that, Max Power's brilliant cross is very nearly met by the limping Lynden Gooch but Coventry just about hack it clear!
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
At last a quiet period in this second half? It seems so.
We're into the final 10 minutes at the Ricoh Arena.
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
Almost as if to rub salt into Sunderland's wound, Coventry opt to make their own substitution, with Jodi Jones coming on for Luke Thomas.
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
Lynden Gooch isn't a happy bunny as he again comes to the sideline asking to come off.
Jack Ross doesn't look happy, it must be said. After another lengthy conversation, he'll plough on, it seems.
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
Now, this isn't ideal for Sunderland.
Lynden Gooch appears to have injured himself in crossing the ball a few moments ago but, with manager Jack Ross having already used up his three substitutions, is going to have to continue.
Just as he returns to the field, Conor Chaplin's low shot is smothered by Jon McLaughlin.
It's end to end!
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
Superb save!
Lynden Gooch's far-post cross picks out Bryan Oviedo, who simply can't hit his half-volley any cleaner - but again Coventry goalkeeper Lee Burge is down smartly to keep it out.
Coventry 1-1 Sunderland
Sunderland immediately try to muster a response to the Coventry equaliser, but George Honeyman's curling effort from just inside the box is easy meat for Lee Burge.
Max Power then tries to feed in Josh Maja but it just trickles through to goalkeeper Burge.
Jonson Clarke-Harris
It's been coming - and it's no more than Coventry and the relentless Jonson Clarke-Harris deserves.
The Sky Blues striker connects with Dujon Sterling's low, dangerous cross and sends a superb first-time finish into the bottom corner.
Game very much on.
Coventry 0-1 Sunderland
We have a third and final Sunderland change, as Dylan McGeouch is replaced by Max Power.
We're into the final quarter at the Ricoh Arena.
Coventry 0-1 Sunderland
Surely Josh Maja should have a shot here? Unfortunately for Sunderland, he tries to dummy the low pass for a team-mate that's not even there and it comes to nothing.
Then, from the very next attack, the Sky Blues manage two more attempts in the space of 30 seconds.
First, Jonson Clarke-Harris is denied from long range by a smart Jon McLaughlin save, who then rushes out to smother a Luke Thomas effort from inside the box.
Cracking game, this.
