What on earth is the goalkeeper doing? Bayern had two players back to deal with the situation. Neuer came charging out, Mane sold him a dummy, Neuer bought it and Mane dinked it into the corner.

Lyon keeper Anthony Lopes looked to be in trouble. Substitute keeper Mathieu Gorgelin, who has only made 17 appearances for Lyon since 2010, had got himself ready on the sidelines. But Lopes has stayed on... for now.

    It's that man again!

Sadio Mane's first touch is absolutely exquisite as a long ball is played into the box. Manuel Neuer had charged out to the edge of the box and was left in no man's land as Mane spins him and chips the ball into the back of the net, beating two defenders.

Firmino was just going away from goal. It was a decent strike, but the goalkeeper would have always been in control of it.

    OOSH!

Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino has a pop from long-range and catches it so sweetly. It fizzes inches wide of the keeper's left post. If that was on target, he wasn't catching that...

Andrew R: Absolutely ridiculous by Messi, and to have the bottle to do it with the scores level says it all. Footballing genius.

Bezaleel Adewumi: Panenka has become a common style for some players now.
