    Manchester United

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to BBC Sport: "It's an important game, it's a trophy that we can challenge for. It is one of the toughest opponents we could have but we have shown over the years that it's a cup game that will be tight.

"It is a big chance for Romelu Lukaku to start, he hasn't started too many games. I hope for a big performance from him and Juan Mata.

"We have to defend well against Chelsea but we want to impose ourselves and control the tempo of the game."

Manchester United's very own bottle of ketchup isn't even on the table to start with here at Stamford Bridge for this FA Cup fifth round tie against Chelsea.

The out of sorts Chilean is only on the bench, with Marcus Rashford and Romelu Lukaku preferred up front.

Never mind the ketchup - sounds like he will only be used as afters.

'Like a bottle of ketchup' - Solskjaer on Sanchez's form

Manchester United interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says he is confident Alexis Sanchez's form will improve.

Chile forward Sanchez has scored five goals and struggled with injuries since joining from Arsenal in January 2018.

"We know there is a very good player there. It's like the ketchup bottle. When it comes, it comes, and I'm sure he'll be fine," said Solskjaer.

  4. Team newspublished at 18:39 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2019

Chelsea v Man Utd (19:30 GMT)

After their Europa League win, Chelsea have reverted largely to the team that was hammered 6-0 at Manchester City eight days ago.

The only change from that side sees Mateo Kovacic replace Ross Barkley. Callum Hudson-Odoi is among the substitutes.

Chelsea: Arrizabalaga, Azpilicueta, Luiz, Rudiger, Alonso, Kante, Jorginho, Kovacic, Pedro, Higuain, Hazard

Subs: Caballero, Christiensen, Zappacosta, Barkley, Hudson-Odoi, Willian, Giroud

Manchester United make four changes from the team that lost to Paris St-Germain.

'Cup keeper' Sergio Romero replaces David de Gea in goal and with Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial injured Romelu Lukaku and Juan Mata come in up front. Chris Smalling comes in at centre-back with Eric Bailly dropping to the bench.

Man Utd: Romero, Young, Smalling, Lindelof, Shaw, Herrera, Matic, Pogba, Mata, Rashford, Lukaku

Subs: De Gea, Bailly, Dalot, McTominay, Fred, Andreas, Sanchez.

  5. Lawro's prediction...published at 18:37 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2019

    Mark Lawrenson
    Ex-Liverpool defender

Chelsea's performance was pathetic in their 6-0 defeat by Manchester City last weekend.

This is actually a good fixture for Chelsea to bounce back, though. Whatever their players think of their manager and his tactics, they will not lack any motivation for a home game against Manchester United.

Let's not forget Chelsea do have some extremely good players, and I do think they can cause United some problems.

    Lawro's prediction: 2-1

For United, getting things right does not just mean finding the right combination in midfield that allows them to dominate Chelsea. They have to be set up properly from a defensive point of view too.

We know Eden Hazard is a match winner, whatever else is happening on the pitch, so it is vital United's plan takes him into consideration at all times.

To do that, whatever United's formation is, I think Ander Herrera has to play on the right side of midfield and he will have a dual role there.

As well as being in midfield, part of his job will also be to double up with United's right-back Ashley Young against Hazard on that flank.
