  1. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Man Utd

Ashley Young got there as fast as he could - but he was still late on Pedro and goes into the book. It was a bit of a hospital pass from Marcos Alonso though. Sold the Spaniard a bit short.

Maybe not in a Chelsea shirt Lee. Norwich, Blackburn or Celtic Sutton for sure.

  3. 'Sutton would have hit target'published at 19:49 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2019

    Chelsea 0-0 Man Utd

    Lee Dixon
Former Arsenal and England defender on BBC Radio 5 live

A bit of Sarri ball, Jorginho plays a great ball over the top. United are vacating the wide areas again. Higuain should have hit the target. Chris Sutton [in the 5 live studio] would have done.

David Freedman: Chelsea look like a different team than the City match. Much more dangerous.

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri is a portrait of agitation. He already been politely asked to return to his own technical area by fourth official Andre Marriner on two occasions after stalking across into territory reserved for his Manchester United counterpart Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

'You only live round the corner!' chant the Chelsea fans.

'You've only come to se United!' counter the away end.

    Same again next year lads?

Higuain's movement is so difficult to pick up but he knows he should have hit the target there.

  8. CLOSE!published at 16 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Man Utd

Almost brilliant! Jorginho hits an early, quarterback ball over the top. Cesc-style, Gonzalo Higuain's movement is excellent and he's one pristine first touch away from being in on goal. As it is his touch is not quite immaculate and he's forced wide and away from danger.

Higuain then heads wide after more good play from the hosts.

You would expect Arrizabalaga to save that but he gets across smartly.

  10. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Man Utd

Decent try that - Ander Herrera piles one in from 20-odd yards which forces Kepa Arrizabalaga into action. Very good connection.

Nemanja Matic then gets a booking for tripping Eden Hazard. Soft that - he hardly made contatc.

N'Golo Kante is dropping a bit deeper today for Chelsea to get the ball from the back.

This left-hand side, United need to watch it, Herrera is playing inside. There's a huge amount of space for Alonso, Kovacic and Hazard.

  13. Postpublished at 12 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Man Utd

Lovely from Eden Hazard now, Chelsea finding their feet - he works a sharp one-two on the edge of the area but can only bend a shot wide.

  14. GREAT SAVE!published at 11 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Man Utd

David Luiz does indeed go for one of his wobblers, such an odd technique but it gets results! Over the wall, well saved by Sergio Romero who then makes a very good stop to beat clear Pedro's powerful follow-up!

Ander Herrera is whistled for catching Mateo Kovacic in the face - free-kick which David Luiz has lined up...

That was a very good ball from Matic. Smalling just couldn't get the power of the header that he needed.

    Chelsea 0-0 Man Utd

Clumsy from Marcos Alonso, through the back of Ashley Young. The free-kick comes to nothing, although when they recycle the ball United do manage to pick out Chris Smalling at the far post, but he can't muster any power on the header.

There is a real edge to this game. Both teams are at a crossroads in their season.

  19. Postpublished at 6 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Man Utd

N'Golo Kante's position gets plenty of criticism this season but he does offer plenty driving forwards - he eats up the ground now and then finds Pedro on the right. Good first attack for the hosts, but the low cross is gobbled up by Sergio Romero at his near post.

Chelsea need to be attacking those wide channels against this United side who play very narrow. Gonna be a cracker.
